We do provide transportation service for clients who are arriving and departing at our airports (UVF Hewanorra International Airport). All of our pickups are private because you booked privately, so it’s just you and your driver with no additional persons. On all of our arrivals you would be welcomed by our courteous drivers, with a complimentary bottle of water to quench your thirst due to the different climate you are not accustom with. Traveling with our company is a total different experience, where we do not just take you from one place to the next like a taxi driver but we make it more than just a transfer where you feel welcome traveling with us. We do monitor flights on arrival for delays.

On your arrival at our airport you get to the arrival area after you have gone through the clearing from customs and you exit out of there. Then you head straight to the waiting area by the green railing. There you will find your driver with the name sign of the lead traveler. there the driver will welcome you with a nice smile. Then take you to your vehicle where you will be driven to your destination. Will being transported to your destination your driver will provide you with a pickup time from your destination for your departure. On the vehicle you will be provided with cold bottles of water to help you get adjusted to the temperature. Your transfer to your destination will be more than just a transfer. On your departure you driver will meet you at the lobby area or where you would desire to be picked up.

1.00Terrible experience! Driver was very late, car was unclean and unkempt. The driver actually stopped by the side of the road so that he could urinate!

2.00Fast Track airport pick service booked and not fulfilled. Unable to get a refund for this despite being promised one. Driver himself was friendly when made the company aware original driver wasn't at airport. Suggest you don't book the Fast Track option

5.00Our airport trip was from then to SLU airport. Most companies only interested in the first run! St Lu Taxi and Tours were waiting for us even though it took over half hour to get through the immigration online form. On departure day, they were there dead on 07.15 for pickup and got us to SLU in plenty of time. Will definitely be using them on our next visit.

5.00We used St Lu for transfers to and from Sandals Regency. Easy booking online. Very easy to communicate with via email. We also did a tour during the week. Jason was our driver. It was all great. He was great. Highly recommend.
Almost missed my flight

2.00I have to say that the drivers were super kind. Both drivers. On our way to the hotel it was great, but on the way back to the airport the driver arrived late. I had called the day before as my flight was leaving at 12:42 pm and they had scheduled a pick up at 9:30 am, and the drive to the airport from the hotel was about 1:26 minutes, hence I called and asked them to be at the hotel at 9:00. The gentleman told me that he was going to notify the driver, but then the driver showed up almost at 10am. We arrived late. By the time we got there, there was a huge line and they had already closed checking ins. The Jetblue member was reasonable enough to open it for us. But we could not buy anything for anyone at the airport. It was really stressful. Hence, I can not give 5 stars. Missing a flight is too much, and they should know that people need to be at an airport 2 hours before.

5.00We used the guys a few times for local trips to the supermarket from our villa on the Cap Estate. They were always punctual. Booking was easy and the communication was great. Cars were excellent and fully air conditioned. Drivers were polite, friendly and offered local knowledge on places to go and island history. The trip back to the airport was great and provided even more island history and some great views which we would not have seen if we’d gone via the more boring main road. Excellent service and would highly recommend to other visitors

Sammy drove us himself and was a terrific tour guide as we made the trip from the Windjammer on the Northside of St. Lucia to the airport. He was early for our pickup, accommodated us for a pit stop and we were delivered safely to the airport right on schedule. What a terrific small business we were honored to support! 5.00My wife and I contacted St Lu Taxi and Tours because we needed transportation to our resort and then back to HIA at the end of the trip. Our driver, Dylan, was absolutely perfect! He was always early, very polite, well spoken, and very informative. Most importantly, he made our comfort and safety his top priority. At my wife’s request, he drove smoothly and safely through the winding roads and beautiful mountain terrain of St. Lucia. He let us select whatever music we liked, adjusted the AC to our liking, and provided chilled bottled water. He answered all of our questions about local food, geography, etc and even took us to the nearest ATM on our way to the resort. I can not recommend Dylan highly enough!! 1st class service!!!

5.00Sami is a true professional who really cares about your experience! He picked us up from the airport on time, his car was clean and he provided beverages, and was very knowledgeable of the island and shared lots of fun facts! We had such a good ride from the airport to our hotel we decided to do the island tour the following day with him! The next day we went to tet paul, to the volcano, and to a cold waterfall followed by an amazing lunch. It was a perfect day and I will forever recommend this service to everybody traveling to St. Lucia. We are thankful for the great experience and can't wait to visit again!

5.00Our driver, Neil, was fabulous! We were a bit early heading back to the airport so he took us to some sights we would never have known about and we had a history lesson with it. Not only that but he stopped and picked up some local bread, cheese and a fritter (specialty of the island). We love the chance to eat truly local. I thought that was great service and then after we got to the airport I realized I'd forgotten my prescription sunglasses in the vehicle. Thinking there was little hope of getting them I nevertheless sent an email and received a very prompt reply. Seven minutes later I had my glasses but sadly no funds for a tip.
