  I cannot recommend them highly enough. Friendly and easy to work with. Transportation to and from Cancun Airport to Cozumel was seamless. Snorkeling tour was spot on. Everything was on time and communication was excellent.

  We had a lovely day privately touring the beautiful island of Cozumel in a jeep with our local guide, Leo. Leo was extremely knowledgeable and took us to many beautiful spots that we would not have found without him. We had a lovely lunch by the beach. Travelling with our 3 and 5 year old, he understood their patience was not the greatest and kept the tour interesting and fun for them. I highly recommend VIP Tours Cozumel :)

  Arranged for transportation between the airport and hotel through VIP Tours. Everything was perfect! Communication was easy and very responsive. Pricing for a private van for four adults as very reasonable. Driver was waiting for us on arrival and right on time for our departure. Rogelio and VIP Tours were great to work with! A class act! They do a fantastic job with all kinds of private tours, too. Cannot recommend highly enough!

  Great communication. I let them know what we wanted to see and they let me know how long to plan and they made all the arrangements. We did the atvs to the jade cavern, punta sur, the Mayan cacao company, and the Mayan bee sanctuary. They also drove us around town and we got to sample local ice cream and a couple of really good restaurants. The guides Roger and Christopher were very knowledgeable and professional. They helped with pictures during our excursions.

  We had the best time with Rogelio and VIP Tours Cozumel. Delta canceled our direct flight to Cozumel, and I made the best decision with choosing VIP tours to get me from Cancun to Cozumel. If it had been only me, I probably would’ve just gotten myself there, but with two small grandchildren, and a physically limited husband, I wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. From the moment we stepped out of the doors of the Cancun airport, Rogelio‘s group took over. They got us to Playa Del Carmen, where we met Rogelio, and he rode the ferry with us to Cancun and put us in our taxi van to our hotel. Even more importantly, when my husband‘s walker broke while we were there, Rogelio reassured me that my husband would not have to walk at all through Cancun. He had tricycle taxis waiting for us. They carried all of our luggage and my husband to the van pick up point. Again, everything went so smoothly. My only regret is that I did not use VIP Tours for our snorkeling excursion. I had already booked a snorkeling excursion before I met Rogelio, so I really only thought VIP tours was a transfer service at the time of our meeting. Our snorkeling excursion did not go nearly as well as our transfers, so I really regret not using Rogelio for both! VIP tours is the best! We will definitely be remembering who to use on our next trip for all our needs while in Cozumel.

  Rogelio was a fantastic guide. He met us promptly and together we decided what our schedule would be for the day. He is very knowledgeable with many years of experience which enriched our short visit to Cozumel. He assisted with translation and overall understanding when we stopped at a lovely beach for a delicious meal. I would definitely use his services again as there was so much more to see. On the day we visited a large section the island was closed for the Cozumel Triathlon.

  Great time. Very knowledgeable driver. Made a few stops that he recommended and enjoyed every one. Also no rush to return to the hotel.

  This is the 2nd time we use VIP TOURS COZUMEL. We wouldn't think of using any other company for our transport and tours. For the transport portion Rogelio planned an all inclusive price. We had Jeziel waiting for us at the Cancun airport when we landed. He drove us to the ferry in Playa where Chris was waiting for us. Chris had our first class tickets in hand and it was VIP treatment all the way. He was also very patient as we were starving and brought us to an amazing tacos place. Once we arrived in Cozumel, Chris had a taxi waiting to take us to our hotel. A week later Rogelio met us at the ferry, accompanied us to Playa where Marco was waiting to take us to the airport where we dropped off the kids and we continued on to Puerto Juarez for a few days in Isla, on our way back we had Marco waiting for us at the port to take us back to Cancun airport. This took a lot of planning from Rogelio to accommodate our complicated itinerary and everything went without any concerns at all. Both times we've used Rogelio and his team it was such a stress free experience and first class all the way!!

  

• Private Chichen Itza Tour - The BEST way to travel!!

  We were in Cozumel the last week of December, 2022. We had a hard time finding a tour to Chichen Itza leaving from Cozumel. Most tours leave Playa around 7:00 am. and we were nervous about getting to the mainland in time. Then we found VIP tours online and sent a message. They responded immediately that they could help us. We booked a private tour for our family of 4. As bad luck would have it, one of our college age kids was sick, so it ended up just being my daughter and me (mom). VIP tours sent a Taxi to our hotel to bring us to the ferry, where Christopher was waiting for us. He took us to the ferry and rode with us. My daughter had a hard time on the ferry because she gets motion sick and was really scared. Christopher could not have been more understanding and kind. Once we got to Playa we walked a short distance to a waiting van and driver. It's a long drive, but the van is plenty comfortable. At Chichen Itza we had a very informative private tour, which allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted. After that, Christopher took us to a Cenote. We walked around and actually debated whether it was worth going in the water. Our hotel was out of towels that morning and the weather wasn't great. We decided to go in, and later my daughter said "This is the coolest thing I've ever done." So, don't hesitate - go IN! Christopher went in with us and let us stay as long as we wanted. Once we dried off it was off to dinner. He let us choose between the tourist "buffet" or a local place he knew. We chose the local place and had a great dinner with pork, sausages and tortillas hand made by the family matriarch. After dinner we headed back to Playa. Our return ferry went much more smoothly before Christopher sent us back to the hotel in a taxi. It was a 15 1/2 hour day overall, but totally worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend VIP tours either from Cozumel or the Playa area (it would be shorter from Playa). I know that the next time we are in the area we will be booking another tour with them.

  Our tour guide Rogellio and our driver Juan were great. The van was spacious and very comfortable. Our group was made up of senior citizens who had provided them with a list of activities and places we were interested in. Far from the usual adventurous activities we chose sightseeing, history, and museums. Rogellio accompanied us through the museum and provided added information from his knowledge and experiences. Upon his recommendation we had a good lunch at a local spot. Wonderful day!
