Our local concierges will guide you to high-end Wagyu restaurants that are difficult to find and to book as foreign visitors, and which are considered the best in town.

You will be able to taste a wide variety of Wagyu dishes of the highest quality and order a la carte on the spot according to your taste.

Your local attendant will help you navigate the menu and make recommendations on what you should eat based on your preferences, seasonal ingredients or restaurant’s specialties that cannot be missed.

Receive a detailed and personalized service in this small-group tour, where one-person reservations are also welcome! Since a concierge will accompany you, it will be possible to visit restaurants that cannot be booked alone. This was our second trip to Japan, and during our first visit, we missed out on an authentic wagyu tasting experience. We felt that the tourist-friendly places lining the busy streets of Kyoto wouldn’t provide the high-quality experience we sought. So, when planning our second trip, one of the first things we did was find a guide to take us to a place we couldn’t access without a Japanese guide. Luckily, we found Shin, who helped us experience true high-end Wagyu that would have been impossible otherwise. He also made the evening fun and engaging by sharing his knowledge of Kyoto and anecdotes from his life as a native Kyoto inhabitant. The meal was truly delicious and a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we’ll probably never have anywhere else, and for that, we’re truly thankful to Shin. We hope he finally adds New York City to his list of travels so we can reciprocate and take him to some of our favorite local spots!

The Wagyu beef tour with Shin was an amazing experience! He took us to a local restaurant where the food was absolutely delicious. As someone raised in Kyoto, Shin gave us great explanations about the dishes and local culture, making the meal even more meaningful. On top of that, the conversation was fun and engaging—we felt like insiders rather than just visitors. The whole experience was unforgettable and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with Shin! He really cared about our experience and sharing history of Wagyu and Japan. The food of course was also delicious. He even helped us to finalize a better itinerary in Kyoto the next day! Much appreciated and I highly recommend this tour.
