5.00The very best. He was great! Loved his energy!!👍🏻👍🏻 He took us everywhere and explained everything so we could enjoy the whole afternoon. Take comfortable shoes and enjoy a little shopping as you go. The coffee as delicious!!

5.00Cesar was the best! His English is great and fully customized the tour to our liking. We told him what interested us and was changing plans as we went to accommodate us. He gave us history lessons ranging 400 years for Getsemani and Old Town, he really was incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel safe, and seemed to know half the people we encountered. We felt empowered to explore on our own, after our tour with Cesar. He even gave us recommendations for a private island boat tour that was amazing! Private beach, welcome drink, lunch; amazing. 10/10, you should hire Cesar. Plus, we fed wild monkeys!

5.00Cesar was an excellent guide! Super knowledgeable about the city, lots of stories, and of course super friendly. He knew all the right places and knew people everywhere. Took great pictures and showed us a great time with good recs for places to go during the tour. Would definitely do another tour with Cesar!

5.00Cesar was wonderful! His love for his country and knowledge of its history will make you feel as though you are a native. Cesar can tour the old city, the new city and everything in between. We felt as though we were family. Cesar loves his job and we felt it from his warm greeting all the way through the entire tour. 100 percent we recommend calling Cesar before you visit Cartagena!!! He knows everything!!!

I highly recommended him for anyone who wants a quality tour with a desire for expansive knowledge on everything historical in Cartagena! He also is a GREAT photographer when we want to take photos at sites for social media! Will definitely be using him again!
