You can have a fun filled private tour with a local lad and some of his family (especially his Mum). I have researched lots of information on the local area and am always learning and adding more every day.
The tour is operated by a 13 year old with assistance from mum.
We offers a unique youthful perspective on the history of the town of Fort William. I will lead you through the entire High Street giving you a tale or two of what happened here in the past and how life looks here now. We stop at some of the iconic buildings and monuments and I have a story or two that is not so well known!
Fort William has been a trend setter in its day and houses quite a few artefacts that can only be seen in 2 or 3 places in the whole of Britain!
We can’t wait to share it all with you.

5.00We were met by Nathanial and his mum and it was a really enjoyable morning. Easy walk around the high street, learning the history of Fort William. I would thoroughly recommend this tour. We were two older adults, but I think kids would enjoy it as well.

5.00We learnt so much about Fort William’s history! A great little tour ( although we were out for a good hour), taking us up the High st and pointing out old buildings and fine details you’d miss without a bit of local knowledge. Nathaniel and his Mum happily met us despite the appalling weather conditions ( a storm warning was in place with an awful lot of rain and high winds) and shared their in depth knowledge of Fort William and answered all of our questions ( we asked quite a lot!) They even accommodated a last minute change of time to try and get a lull in the downpour ( kind of worked…..it wasn’t quite so apocalyptic) Definitely best to get a tour with a local and it was just us , so an added personal touch. We would thoroughly recommend Nathaniel’s tour! 🙂
