5.00Nothing but wonderful things to say about Neil, our guide for a walking tour of historic Quebec City. Well versed in the wonderful history of the city, but knowledgeable about individual buildings, and places with historical significance. (ie: pointing to a nearby cannon - Why only these two colonial era cannons are cast with a Russian marque!) Highly recommended!
