White Pocket is a place so remote and amazingly unique that it can feel like you have stepped
into another realm where geology decided to bend the rules.
White Pocket's geological formation is made of a thin layer of white sandstone lumped up into
mounds and cracked into polygonal shapes, somewhat like dried out whipped cream. Under
this thin white layer reigns a chaos of yellow, orange and red swirls twisting upon each other. If
you are lucky enough to hike there after a summer thunderstorm, you will enjoy a myriad of
reflection pools, creating beautiful mirroring effects and infinite opportunities of otherworldly
pictures. It is definitely a visual paradise!

5.00This tour was well worth it. The location is about a 2 hour off road drive from the highway. George did a great job getting us there. The landscape is unlike any we have ever seen before.

5.00100000000/10 I would recommend this tour anyone and highly recommend a guide for this area. Expect a bit of a car ride with amazing scenery and off roading through sand. Expect expert knowledge of the area. Expect unreal scenery with out of this world views. Kids 7-10 years old absolutely loved it. Great photo ops I cannot praise the tour offered to us by Yermo and George enough. They went above and beyond with our entire group (4 adults, 5 kids). They met us at our interests and abilities. They are so knowledgeable and well known in the area. We truly had the expert! Per the 10 yo “it was experience of a lifetime.” I have not been to the wave but have been told this is superior. If you are reading this then that means you are considering it - my advice is to book it!! You will not be disappointed. To Yermo and George, thanks for an incredible day we will never forget and the new friendship. Cheers to hoping cross paths again! People like you make vacations great.

5.00Vast majority of vehicles can't reach this remote, amazing area. We went through Seeking Treasure Adventures and were VERY fortunate to be aligned Jim Loyd. He provided great narrative of White Pocket history and was attuned to the fact we are in very god shape. Our tour was designed accordingly. Going to White Pocket was a great experience for us. We would highly recommend both the company and guide we used

5.00We had an absolutely incredible experience on our private tour of White Pocket with our three kids and guide, Jim. From start to finish, Jim was wonderful. He was patient, attentive, and truly made the experience special for the kids. He took the time to answer their endless questions and even told them fascinating stories about the area. Jim suggested we start early, which was a great call. It was cooler and we had the place to ourselves for the majority of the tour, making it feel even more magical. Jim knew exactly where to take us, keeping the kids entertained with climbs, bug discoveries, and all kinds of adventures. White Pocket itself is stunning, and being able to experience it without the crowds made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We cannot recommend Jim enough. He was fantastic, and we’re so grateful for the unforgettable memories he helped create!

5.00This tour was beyond expectation. The rock formations were so colorful. George was an amazing tour guide. Geological learning experience to be sure. It was a beautiful day spent in a wide open colorful expanse, awe-inspiring.

5.00We had an absolutely wonderful day touring White Pocket and the surrounding area with Jim. He was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing lots of interesting information about the history of the area, plants and wildlife, geologic occurrences and more. We did a full day and stopped for a packed lunch in the middle. Jim showed us places to get good photos, encouraged us to explore and we were able to spend as much or as little time in each area as we liked. We also went through Wire Pass at Buckskin Gulch. It was a lot of fun - an experience we won't forget. We highly recommend Jim and Seeking Treasure Adventures.
