World Heritage Kinderdijk
visit to the iconic UNESCO World Heritage Kinderdijk windmills. For centuries, a system of windmills and pumps has been managing the water levels, draining the polder soil into the river. This ingenious collaboration of human ingenuity, technology, and nature has kept the area dry for over 700 years! Marvel at the 19 original windmills set in their beautiful historical surroundings. 5.00This was a fantastic trip. Our guide/driver Mr. Younes was amazing. We exceeded time but didn’t feel rushed. Mr. younes accompanied us everywhere and provided detailed history. He was very kind and professional. Everyone in our family loves this trip. Delft is very beautiful and cozy city. Highly recommend this tour!
