5.00Our tour guide Elvis was a great tour guide and took us to the key locations relating to movie Sound of Music. Be in a small 8 person group was much better and more intimate than being in a 40+ person bus. Took us to all the best places and places in an 8 person tour where big buses can’t go. His stories were fun and informative.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! Elvis was absolutely delightful, full of information and a terrific guide! I learned so much about the movie, the real Von Trapps and Austrian history. Can’t wait to go home and watch the movie for the millionth time and see it with new eyes!

5.00Elvis with Bob’s Tours did a phenomenal job on the Sound of Music Tour. We saw many filming sites as well as learned backstage information about the filming and the original story. In addition, we learned about Salzburg and Austrian history, which was an added bonus. It was one of our favorite afternoons in Salzburg!

5.00Sound of Music tour guide Robin gave us a wonderful tour of the sites for this amazing film. He had so many insights at each of the many locations we visited with him and made each stop fun and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, personable, kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Bob’s Tours for a small group experience.

5.00My friend and I have been dreaming of doing a Sound of Music tour in Salzburg for years, and this did not disappoint! We loved that the group was small - that was a major reason we booked with Bob's Special Tours, over other options. Our guide, Elvis, was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for our group. The tour ran long (because of some traffic, as well as our group's enthusiasm and picture-taking) and he was so lovely in accommodating us. We loved that not only did we see key sights from the movie, but we also learned more about Salzburg, the surrounding area, and some Austrian history. I think this tour was well worht the price and can't recommend it enough!

5.00It was raining but driver was very considerate some places we were able to stay longer because some stops were shorter as it was raining hard. Robin pointed out a very old restaurant and bakery that we had missed by ourselves, and we had a bum at bakery. We had wonderful tour as well in areas around Salzburg.

5.00From the moment I walked into the door to check in, I could tell we were going to get exceptional service. We had our daughter’s family with grandkids 5, 9, & 11. Robin was our guide and right away he engaged them into the tour. It’s amazing how much we saw, how much information he provided not just about the movie but much more in 4 hours without ever feeling rushed! We all thought it was an excellent experience and would highly recommend it. Thanks Robin and staff!
