2.00i would give this experience average 2/5 review, would have been better if they stuck to the itinerary as listed in tour description. First issue, not enough walking or physical activity in this tour, which seemed more geared to elderly people... Also They take you to a far away view point 1-2 miles from Salto Grande falls, where you need binoculars to actually see the falls. The pics from this tour clearly show them right AT THE FALLS, not over 1 mile away; so that was a disappointment (it says 25 min stop, but ours was maybe 10m at most). Also at grey lake we had to chose between eating lunch or walking to the grey glacier view point. We ended up doing the walk, & quickly brought lunch to eat on the van for the way back to hotel, since its the last stop. Would be nicer to have time for both & we easily could have, since the tour got back an hour earlier than the description said, so clearly our day was cheated when we traveled all that way! The tour guide was friendly, but didn't use a mic in the van, so we could barely hear her... Its those issues, that give this a 2/5 review for me.

5.00Wonderful experience! This is a great introduction to Patagonia and to Torres del Paine park in general with all of the high points. Perfect tour if you don't have enough time or don't want to do a longer hike.

3.00We had a reason to contact the tour operator on the morning. It would be very useful for Viator to provide a local contact number for this purpose in an email prior to the day. Our emergency guide, Hector did all he could to make our tour memorable for all the right reasons, it was an amazing tour.
