5.00We had an amazing experience with Carlos Perez as our tour guide in Puerto Plata. He picked us up from right outside the cruiseport! He took us to several unique locations that aren't typically included on standard excursions, which made the trip feel much more authentic and personalized. Carlos was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question we had about the area, its history, culture, and local life. Introduced us to hidden gems of local artistic culture and cuisine along with amazing landmarks. Felt completely safe the entire day! And he was very cognizant of timelines and ensured we made it back in time to board the ship! His friendly personality and passion for Puerto Plata made the experience even better. If you're looking for a tour that goes beyond the usual tourist stops, I highly recommend Carlos Perez. He helped make our visit truly memorable! We enjoyed every minute! Wish we had gotten more photos with him but he was taking pics for our group! Definitely can't wait to come back and see him in Puerto Plata 🇵🇷

5.00All I can say is WOW! Carlos and his staff was amazing, great people, he was so nice and patient . I’ll definitely repeat this trip. He showed us some amazing places and some beautiful beaches. Great tour by the way. 100% i recommend him and his staff. Once again thank you Carlos for everything.

5.00Carlos was an absolute gem! He was professional, friendly and adjusted our tour to accommodate a special request (we wanted to go to Church before starting our tour). He answered all of our questions, made certain we were having a good time and brought us to have a lovely lunch by the sea (another request). We saw “all the things” and really enjoyed our first (but definitely not our last) trip to the DR. I cannot tell you enough how grateful we were to have Carlos show us his country. Stop searching for the “right” tour, you just found the “BEST” tour!

5.00Carlos is the best tour guide anyone could ask for. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the sites we were taken to. This being a private tour, he was very welcoming and patient in us asking to go to other 'off the menu' locations outside of the typical tourist areas. Thanks Carlos, we'll definitely be in touch when we return!!
