  Anna our guide and Joel our driver offered me a great trip. I would have liked to spend a little more time with them. The individual hotspots like e.g. crocodile farm, butterfly park... were just great. In the end we did not go through the Bakerpark where beautiful pictures are to be taken. The tour absolutely recommendable and Anna explains everything in a good English which I understood as not a great English comprehension. Advantage is simply that you get to see a lot in 4-5 hours. Thanks for the great trip.

  Because we were the last two to book the tour, and there weren't enough seats in the van, we were selected to travel in Nestor's (our drivers) personal car with Grace, our friendly, cheerful guide. The tour was excellent and made all the advertised stops. Our favorite being the Butterfly garden & Tribal Center, and the weaving demonstration and shop. We appreciated having some extra time at Bakers Hill to consume some local treats & enjoy the views. Grace was thoughtful, offering to take pictures of us at the various sites.

  Chaos outside terminal until guide was located. Van held 12 and half day tour was very thorough. Overall, a good value!

  A disaster from the beginning unfortunately the tour guide never showed and we sat on the bus for half an hour while the driver tried to find him or her. Then we were told they were waiting for us at the first stop and they really weren’t so the bus driver became our tour guide thank heaven. Someone knew Filipino so she could communicate with him as his English was not great but he really tried very hard and was excellent in trying to give us the experience we had paid for we learned nothing about any of our stops because he would just leave us and then tell us what time to come back. The stops were average at best. I wrote to Viator and requested a 50% refund since we did at least see the places and was originally told I would be totally refunded and then was only given 15%. They need to do better. I have taken Viator tours before and was very pleased so I was surprised and disappointed.

  The Tour guide was so much fun and really knew how to keep you entertained and interested. There was just about enough time at the stops to.allow for enjoyment and shopping.

  Excellent tour with a fantastic guide. We saw lots of the sights and were throughly entertained during the journey. The pick up from the cruise terminal was excellent, and the minibus comfortable and well maintained.
