Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes that you wouldn't mind getting dirty or wet. Water shoes, sneakers or hiking shoes are recommended.

This tour requires a minimum amount of 3 participants. If the minimum is not met with all total bookings, the tour would be suspended. Customers will get the chance to reschedule or get refunded.

Pick-Up Policy: Pick up starts 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the selected tour schedule depending on the amount of stops the driver must complete. Your timely pick-up is important to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please be ready at the main entrance of your designated pick-up location at the relative pick-up time. Your driver will wait up to 5 minutes before proceeding to the next location. If you miss your pick-up, you will be responsible for making your own way to the tour site to join the experience. We recommend planning ahead and being ready a few minutes early to avoid missing the adventure!

Travelers staying outside of San Juan must arrive at the Caribe Hilton for their transportation service!
