  My guide Alex did an amazing job sharing the rich history and culture of San Juan and Loíza, highlighting the Afro-Puerto Rican traditions that are such a vital part of the island's identity. His knowledge and passion really made the experience special.

  Jose picked us up promptly on time. It turned out we were his only clients that day so we ended up with a private tour which was amazing. We toured around San Juan and old town, stopped at the beach where Jose showed us how to draw fish in with a piece of bread. We went back to that spot to go snorkeling the next day. We continued on and finished with a nice dinner at a local restaurant. All in all a great tour. Jose is fun and entertaining. Highly recommend!

  Excellent tour. Great music. Jose is extremely friendly and service oriented. I’ve been all over the island many times, but he took us to places I’d never seen. Plenty of selfie opportunities.

  We had a really great tour and enjoyed. The only thing that was disappointing was not hearing much about Loiza, which is what I was actually looking forward to the most.

  I was an amazing trip, however, I was expecting to spend a little more time in Loiza. So if that is your goal, this may not be the trip for you. But overall it is a great way to experience the different areas

  Jose was in contact with us before we ported from cruise. He was a little late but very apologetic and right where he was supposed to be next to Walgreens. (Right at the end of port). We got on the air conditioned van and went to look around town. It was kind of boring but informative. He stopped at multiple sites to take our picture. Our snack was a side of the road vendor who let us try some almond and coconut. Last we fed the fishes right on the beach - that was surely the highlight! We weren’t hungry so we didn’t go to his preferred spot and asked to be dropped off at shopping. It was really hot and we appreciated the air conditioning. You definitely can walk everywhere from cruise doc. Recommend getting the empanadas from the silver food truck by street vendors and the pina colada from the OG spot.

  It was a good tour, tour guide was great. Saw a lot of attractions. Tour guide was knowledgeable, and very personable.
