Airport pickup early evening. Driver Pierre Melendez was awaiting our arrival with ipad sign with our name, making it so easy to locate him. We collected our luggage and with Pierre's help we were in the car within 15 minutes. The Tesla Model X SUV had that Wow factor, such a beautiful car. So clean it looked like it had just been driven off the lot. For just the two of us the size of this vehicle was perfect. I loved how the doors opened!! Upon arrival to the hotel, Pierre assisted with our luggage, wished us a great vacation. Pierre peronality is really nice and he was social and very pleasant to be around.

Christian is a wonderful driver. He drove us to dinner then showed us old San Juan. He was amazing, and we will use him again in the future. He made us feel so special.

Green transportations was a nice service to use. The people who actually pick you up or provide tours are wonderful. I do have concerns with those that are working in the back office. They stored my card information to book reservations I never confirmed. I asked them to remove my card information immediately. There was no apology issued. Also another issue with the back office is they charged my card additional charges without notifying me of those charges. This is unacceptable. When discussing it with the agent Naomi she was extremely passive and dismissive. Instead of issuing an apology she just kept stating, "is there anything else". That does not speak to the level of the service of the true great workers there. Watch out for Naomi I wouldn't want to do business with Green Transportation again if they employ customer service like hers.

My husband and I visited San Juan for vacation. The experience was wonderful. When contacting Green Transportation Naomi was very professional and polite with so much knowledge of the island. We were picked up from the Airport by Hose who was also so polite and professional. We went on a tour of the rain forest while in San Juan our tour guide Harold was so kind and had so much knowledge about the rain forest and the entire island. When leaving to go to the airport we were picked up by Pierre who was also was very kind and professional. The entire experience with Green Transportation was GREAT!!!!
