I was in Puerto Rico for a business trip with several meetings across the island, and my driver Harold was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond—navigating to hard-to-find locations, keeping everything on schedule, and doing it all with such professionalism and kindness. Harold isn’t just a driver; he’s a lifesaver and a wonderful person. 10/10, I highly recommend this company—and if you’re lucky enough to have Harold as your driver, you’re in for one of the best days of your trip. Booking was easy for a pickup in Rio Grande and airport drop-off. Our driver, Jose arrived early, helped load and unload our luggage, and was super friendly. We will use this service again when we visit Puerto Rico in the future.

Cant say enough good things about this company Been traveling a lot to San Juan lately and every time I use them they always on time or before time and always very courteous and clean spotless cards I highly recommend them

Service was impeccable, the driver impressive, and the car extraordinarily comfortable. However, after booking with Viator (as a matter of convenience), I priced the transportation directly with the company booked for the ride (Puerto Rico Green Transportation) only to find that their direct quote was less than half the $95 fee charged through Viator. That's one damned ugly "middle man" charge! I can't recommend Viator based on this pricing experience and would suggest anyone looking for cruise port transportation actively seek a direct reservation with the service provider.

Customer service was top notch and made vacation that much more special. Also the San Juan tour I'm Mercedes van was amazing!! Our tour guide Harold was very knowledgeable and friendly providing a great experience touring the city. I highly recommend service from this company!!!
