We had a family member in a wheelchair. They took extra care of her throughout the boarding and onboarding process. Everyone was so nice and helpful. During the cruise, the commentary was flawless between both English and French and kept us engaged throughout the 1 1/2 hour cruise. Would take this cruise again!

The guide was very knowledgeable. Also the staff was very helpful with my mother’s wheelchair! It could be a bit windy and chilly on the deck. Very pleasant experience overall!!

This was an enjoyable tour after having done walking tours the two previous days. It was nice to see the Frontenac Chateau and other landmarks from the water. Also, went by Montmorency Falls; got a pretty decent look at them. They have attendants who will take orders for food and/or beverages; I liked this better than having to go to a concession and get them. Overall, it was a nice 90-minute tour.

After spending days walking around Quebec City, it was nice to just sit on a beautiful big boat with stunning views and right around on the St. Lawrence. Well worth the time. Very informative guide.

This was a waste of time. Despite booking our ticket online and well in advance, the people in the ticket redemption booth were so slow that we were near the last to get on. The presenter was boring and could not be heard.Consequently people ignored her and talked throughout. It was cold that day so we sat inside and had poor visibility on all sides.

Fun and informative tour. We enjoyed it. The commentary was at times difficult to hear. I wonder if there is an option to have it available on headphones

Well worth it! A great explanation of the history of Quebec City. While we didn't partake in getting food, there were plenty of options.

Very windy outside! And hard to hear the narration out there. Nice boat ride with some good points of interest noted. Needed to incorporate more history of Quebec, though. Focused only on economic/industrial topics, which did not appeal to me.
