  Just back from the most fabulous afternoon visiting 4 vineyards in the Gibbston Valley with Marie. Every stop was amazing, super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, great wine and a lovely lunch. Marie was absolutely lovely, amazing local knowledge, we had the best time 😊

• You will love it! Well worth the opportunity!

  Was so wonderful to have been on a hosted wine tour in Queenstown, with the warmth and joy of Marie. Visiting very boutique, high caliber cellar doors in the Gibbston Valley with exclusive niche wines to sample. A relaxing & delicious experience. You will love it.

  It was our tour guide Allys first tour 🤩🥳 and she was the BEST! We had great communication from the company regarding a pick up change. We thoroughly enjoyed the bus ride with Ally telling us local stories and pointing out things of interest. The first three vineyards were lovely (Jessie agreed we needed barstools at Chard Farm😉). Gabi at Waitiri Creek Wines was great and the herb butter on the cheese plate is to die for!! Brennan Wines was our fav wine of the bunch, (might have been the extra glasses of Rose we drunk at Waitiri that helped that though..) Petronella was so knowledgeable. While the wines at the last stop Nockies Palette Wines, were our least favourite, the setting and sommelier (whos name Ive forgotten sorry!!) were great!! #SDShareandWin #SouthernDiscoveries

  I came with my friends for her birthday and Kieth was phenomenal! He was so kind and hospitable. It was also so interesting, I learnt so much! Thank you Kieth for a wonderful day and an amazing tour of a beautiful landscape.

  We have done wine tours all over the world - Napa, in Medoza, Argentina, in Portugal, Italy, S .Africa, Spain - and this was our best one ever. We booked this a day ahead from a downtown Queenstown travle booth and we are so glad we did. Our guide was terrific (female) and the small wineries and their staff were outstanding. There was 1 other couple making it an intimate day. We highly recommend Southern Discoveries. We heard they also (for the same price) did a private tour for 1 rather than cancel.

  Wine tour was great as it visited the less common wineries which we have seen many times. Highlights was vivki at mora wines and Jesse at chard wines. Had a great day and Brad was super fun and informative.

  For anyone wanting something a little different outside the normal outdoor adventure in Q/town, this is a must. A truly fantastic day out, well supported by our driver for the day Brad "baba". From the moment you are picked up by your driver for the day, everything was taken care of and it all flowed seamless. Have done wine tours before, but whether you've done a million or this is your first time, I would highly recommend this tour !!

  A group of us went on the Wine Tour and had the best time! Our guide Marie was super friendly, informative, and made sure we were all having an amazing time. The wineries were beautiful with the best wines and the cheese platters were a perfect touch. We met some great people and had a lot of laughs along the way. Highly recommend this tour for a fun, relaxing day out!

  Was super excited to go on this new wine tour as I've done a few of them since moving to Queenstown, but it being the only wine tour that we found that actually went to Chard Farm, it was definitely a must! My friends were visiting over from the UK and we had the lovely Ben as our driver who was super informative but also made some great photo stops along the way at places such as the Kawarau Bungy bridge and Lake Hayes! Chard Farm definitely surpassed our expectations and is now a new favourite of mine. We all loved the range of wine at the tastings and it was super fun to try some of the quirkier wines that Brennan has to offer. All in all, a fabulous wine tour for anyone visiting town or locals who want to try new wineries!

  I had an amazing time on the Queenstown Wine Tour! All 3 locations we visited had a great variety of wines and stunning scenery. The light platter at the last stop was a lovely touch. I’d recommend eating a big breakfast beforehand as the platter is later in the tour but worth the wait. The group size was small which made for a more personal and relaxed experience.
