Quicksilver Cruises
Departing from Port Douglas, your 90-minute high speed catamaran takes you directly to Agincourt Reef. The permanent pontoon moored here provides a sheltered base. During the trip a snorkeling demonstration will get you ready for your adventure, and the staff will take you through your options for the day.
Agincourt Reef
You'll have around 3.5 hours to enjoy the reef at your leisure. Grab a snorkel and fins and hit the water on your own, or join an optional guided snorkeling tour with a qualified marine biologist. Snorkeling is a great way to explore the Great Barrier Reef, and there are friendly staff on hand to show you how. Prefer to stay dry? You can explore the stunning reef from the comfort of a semi-submersible submarine. You'll take a leisurely cruise through colorful coral gardens, giving you a snorkeler's view of the marine life without getting wet. For a little more adventure, why not try an introductory scuba dive. or a unique Ocean Walker Helmet Dive - no diving experience necessary. We recommend you book this reef trip on your first full available day. You then have the opportunity to be flexible and change your travel date if you wish. Your booking can be changed at no additional cost directly with the operator once you are in Cairns.

5.00Great value for money. Staff very friendly. Very well organised boat. Clear details on the day. Abundance of food. Pontoon had lots to offer. Options to suit all ages. Had a great time would do again. Highly recommend.

5.00We were so excited to do this tour and visit the Great Barrier Reef. Everything from pick up at our Resort in Palm Cove to the boar ride out to the platform was perfect. We had a snorkeling guided tour and the biologist was incredible. She showed us so many different fish and coral and had a wealth of knowledge. The ride out to the Reef was very nice in a large boat with comfortable seats and clean bathrooms. All the employees were kind and knowledgable. They did everything to make us feel safe and cared for. I can't recommend this tour company enough. I wish I had the names of our guide but she did such a great job. 5 stars for this company.

5.00Everyone we encountered on this excursion was absolutely wonderful. Truly the most amazing experience and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. My father was so anxious about snorkeling and Scotty put him at ease and was so patient with him helping me put on his mask and getting him comfortable in the water. Flick was wonderful answering our questions and Seb was so wonderful to talk with and so knowledgeable. We had the best time and this has been the highlight of our trip to Australia!

5.00The lifeguards, staff and everyone in quicksilver cruise were professional and well organized. It was a big group and everything went well. The helicopter ride would have given a overall better experience of the massiveness of great barrier Reef. ( we did not do that). The submarine was great to see all the corals up close. We did snorkel in a small area close the pontoon boat and it was Ok.Did not see many fish..

5.00Great for swimmers and non-swimmers. Submersible had good views of reef and good commentary. Snorkeling was within a corded off area. Watclaws. very nice temperature for snorkeling with some spectacular coral and fish viewing, including some colorful giant clams.

5.00Had a fabulous time on this trip to the Great Barrier Reef. Boat is lovely, crew were fantastic and felt very safe. The submerged vessel is good and we also did the helicopter ride which was amazing. The buffet lunch was excellent .
