Quick Silver has thought of every detail. Amazing staff!! The cruise was in a nice air conditioned vessel with a snack bar. Thankfully, my trip we had very flat water but the staff still offered ginger meds if you were concerned about being sea sick. They also provided biscuits, water and a punch for free. Crackers and cheese were available on the return trip. The process was organized getting on and off, getting equipment and returning equipment. The lifeguards asked about medical issues so that those with special needs could be identified while in the water. They keep special eyes on those with medical issues and children. While in the water, lifeguards are all around, in and out of the water to ensure all are safe. The lunch was good and they had plenty of food. The snorkeling was a little disappointing because the area has had meters of rain recently so the water was not as clear as usually. I highly recommend Quick Silver for your tour of the reef.

Boat was massive , no movement to cause seasickness. Lunch was really good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The reef was amazing. We swam with turtles , see reef sharks, spotted ray and all sorts of fish .quicksilver was well organised. Definitely recommend. Ps we was originally booked with a smaller company that cancelled at last minute due to low bookings . But this was meant to be , don't think it could have been better

Overall a really good trip, however if a cruise ship is in then expect it be a full boat. Boat trip out to pontoon was good but upon arrival it was chaotic and everyone wanted to get equipment and get into water. This meant plenty of people bumping into each other as you swam and view of life on the coral at this point was disappointing. Once lunch was served people started to spread out. Lunch wad very good and plenty of it. Can recommend trip on submersible this gave you chance to go further out and see more sea life, we even saw a Green Back Turtle. While on the platform make sure you go down to the looking area where again you can see plenty of fish. Trip back was good and everything well organised except for initial 'stampede of the boat'.

The submersible boat was a good experience. We saw lots of coral and fish. Wish it was longer to see more. The only negative was too many people on the tour. There was another excursion from a cruise ship. I am used to smaller groups with Viator. Many were going snorkeling and the water was crowded. But, I’m glad I had the opportunity to see it.
