TourExpress & Transfers offers a private transfer service from Quito Airport (UIO) to hotels and Airbnbs in Quito city. Your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. We monitor your flight to ensure on-time pickup and include 60 minutes of waiting time after arrival. All vehicles are private, clean, insured, and driven by professionals. Luggage assistance is included. Average travel time from Quito Airport to city hotels is between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on traffic and hotel location. Transfers to other cities such as Otavalo, Cotacachi, Mindo, or others are also available upon request for an additional cost. Please contact us in advance for details.

5.00We had a 2.30am transfer to the airport during Quito’s curfew. I am surprised with how bright and chirpy the driver could be at that time of the morning. The pickup and drop off went like clockwork, and the driver even came in with us to assist with the check in process. Highly recommend this service.

5.00It was very easy to contact Señor Jorge. He was promptly responsive via email and stayed in communication up until the day of my departure. I would highly recommend as he was a safe and reliable driver, even explaining when Google Maps veered us off the main highway due to traffic. I intend to use his services in the future for excursions with my family, both from Ecuador and the US. I would not hesitate in hiring Señor Jorge again and look forward to a tour guide who understands logistics for clients from the US. I plan to use him for a future trip to Mindo. He was affordable and an efficient way for me to comfortably get from Otavalo to Quito.

5.00It was very easy to contact Señor Jorge to setup a private driver from Otavalo to Quito. He stayed in regular contact with me and I was easily able to use WhatsApp for confirmation of ride and pickup location. His driving felt safe and comfortable. I intend to use his services in the future for an excursion with my family who are from Ecuador and the US. In my trip to the Mariscal Airport, we took a detour from the highway, he even explained the reason for the most efficient route due to traffic when Google Maps veered us another direction of the main highway. Have no hesitation in booking with Jorge, his was very professional and I highly recommend him. Affordable and reliable.

5.00We really enjoyed Tourexpress services - clear and prompt communication, reliable service and a good car (SUV) - the driver was waiting for us at the airport and took us to Mindo. Our driver Braulio spoke some basic English but as I speak some Spanish he kindly gave us lots of great info about the region, Quito and Mindo - it was a really fun ride to Mindo! So glad I found Jorge on TA, thank you very much for great service!

5.00I gave them the wrong flight information which they noticed the day in advance and called me to get the right information thus avoiding a missed pick up Long weight at immigration, but driver was waiting to pick us up. Was 11 PM on Christmas and we were starving so I had to stop at a Burger King. Driver was very accommodating. Thank you, Cristian.

5.00This was my first time in Ecuador, and I was a bit nervous about getting around on my own—especially after my flight was delayed over four hours and I didn’t arrive until 11 p.m. Jorge stayed in touch the entire time and quickly answered all my questions. He even shared my driver’s contact information, and the driver was just as responsive. Overall, a great experience!
