Entrance to the church complex is free Entrance to the main temple is 2 USD charge (not necessary at the tour, in case you want to enter to the main temple you can do it paying the ticket) we will learn about the tallest church at the whole Ecuadorian country learn its history and legend

We had a fantastic time learning about the historical area of Quito with Alexis. The tour size was quite small which made it feel personal and tailored to our wants. The Cacoa tasting was fantastic too. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Alexis was a a great guide and fun to hang with. While hearing about all the churches, basilicas, and cathedrals is interesting, I enjoyed more hearing about the history of Quito as well as the culture of the old historic center today.

My husband and I decided last minute to book a Quito walking tour with Alexis. Let me tell you, he exceeded every expectation and then some! He is truly a special person who you will be grateful to call a friend by the end of your tour. The tour itself was chock full of fascinating historical information of Quito. We are leaving our tour feeling satisfied that we learned more than enough. Alexis was accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and considerate. 10/10 would recommend. Alexis did an excellent walking tour of the old city. He was deeply knowledgeable, his English was excellent, and he was great company throughout the tour. He took time to share fascinating legends and historical stories, and he explained in detail the history and architecture of the different churches we visited. We also visited the cacao museum and enjoyed a tasting of the different chocolates, which was very interesting, and finished the tour with a canlazo tasting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — highly recommended

Excellent information, the weather was right, as well as having time for photos. The guide handles English very well and combines it dynamically with Spanish.

This was an excellent tour. Alexis was very educational and went at a pace that met our families needs. He was very passionate about Quito and we thought it was one of the best tours we could have asked for, especially on short notice.
