5.00We thoroughly enjoyed the Raby Bay Wildlife and Kayak Tour at Cleveland today. From the outset, the experience was calm, well-organised and very enjoyable. Our guide, Aaron, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, sharing a great deal of information about the local waterways, marine life and surrounding area throughout the tour. His friendly manner made everyone feel comfortable and welcome, regardless of experience level. The tour is refreshingly honest in that no guarantees are made about wildlife sightings, but the possibilities include dolphins, turtles and dugong, which adds to the sense of anticipation and appreciation for the natural environment. Even without guaranteed sightings, the experience was well worth it for the scenery, the gentle pace and the insights shared along the way. Due to the low tide we weren’t able to do the mangrove section on this visit, but that has only given us a reason to return and complete it next time. Overall, this was a relaxing and informative outing, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Raby Bay while learning more about the local ecosystem. We look forward to coming back again.

5.00My husband and I went kayaking with Aaron as our guide. He was great- very friendly and he knew the bay really well. Aaron went above and beyond to help us get out on the water as we were limited for time and only had an arvo available. We saw a big green turtle, no dugongs sadly but the conditions were not ideal. We had a fun time and highly recommend Raby Bay Wildlife Kayak tours. We plan to go again, but on a calmer day and not over school holidays. This would give us a better chance of spotting a dugong. Overall a great experience, good value for money and loads of fun!
