We booked the Rain Forest hike to the waterfall. We were very pleased with the service. Sunshine met us at the port off our cruise ship. Sheffield was our driver and he did a great job. Seon met us in Castries with some other passengers and gave a great tour on the way to the Adventure Park. At the park we were separated into groups depending on the activity we were doing. My husband and I were the only ones doing the hike so we had a private tour which was great. Our guide was Vionella, Miss V. She did a great job for us. She took lots of photos for us and brought some snacks fresh from the market. The waterfall was very fun. Sheffield brought us safely back to the port. All in all a very satisfactory tour.

I was surprisingly underwhelmed with this tour. The hike consisted of walking along a paved road, where a few cars passed us. Our tour guide pointed out a few plants and led us to a waterfall. It was definitely beautiful scenery, but it was also much less impressive than expected. The one animal we saw was a ground crab in a ditch. :/ If I could do it all again, I would probably opt for the zip-line instead.
