We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. Making noodles • Knead the flour • Roll out the dough • Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles • Boil the noodles • Drain the water from the noodles Chicken Garnish • Use a string to tie the chicken meat • Scatter the condiment and cook it • Slice the chicken to the length you want • We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup • We offer many types of broths so you can blend with each other • Different kinds of sauces to choose Finishing • Put the boiled noodles into the soup • Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

We got to make our own ramen with a wide variety of options for our soup base. We got to make our own dough and meat from scratch. The food was incredible and a very worth it experience to go for.

We had an amazing experience learning the proper and surprisingly intricate way to make good, authentic ramen! Mahiro was an excellent, informative and amusing instructor and with his guidance we made delicious ramen! This experience will no doubt be one of the highlights of our trip to Japan and one we will recommend to anyone coming to visit Kyoto

Amazing!! Mahiro was our teacher and we had a three year old. He was soooo kind and patient. Helped out daughter so we could enjoy. We were running 10 mins late and he still accosted us. We love ramen and being able to do this activity as a family was a core memory. 10/10 recommend for an authentic hands on experience. Would definitely come back! We were lost and Kazuma was great too. He sound is outside and guided us inside.

Went in the morning, booked day in advance. A nice experience, and easy to follow instructions. Although a bit pricey, we really enjoyed ourselves.
