1️⃣About Dietary Restrictions We offer only "Regular Menu" or "Vegetarian Menu" (only pork is replaced with tofu. ) options.
Please write 【Vegetarian, Tofu ×3】like in the “Food Restriction” field. Please specify the number of people who would like vegetarian recipe. Ingredients : Chicken stock powder, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil, Soy sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Lard, Mirin, Black pepper, Miso, Butter, Ground Pork, Onion, Fish powder, Chili oil, Salt and pepper, Chives, Cabbage, Cooking Sake.
2️⃣About Reservations. To ensure fair access to our experience for all guests:
Only one reservation per group. If we find multiple bookings under the same name for the same date, or other dates, we will cancel all of them. This is because holding extra spots prevents other guests from booking.

We will show you how to make it simply and deliciously with ingredients and seasonings you can prepare at home. In our cooking class, we focus on the ramen broth. You can usually find ramen noodles near your place, but not the soup. That’s why we will teach you how to make authentic Japanese ramen broth!(*We do not make noodles in this class. Instead, we will show you how to prepare delicious broth with ingredients and seasonings you can easily get at home.) Let’s master the technique of wrapping gyoza and onigiri (Japanese rice balls) . With the recipe and your experience, you’ll be able to make ramen, gyoza, and onigiri for your family and/or friends at your house. 【Important 】 1) We offer only two menu options: Regular Menu or Vegetarian Menu (only pork is replaced with tofu. We had a great experience at the cooking class! We learned to make two types of Ramen, as well as onigiri and gyoza. The teachers were great and the whole experience was fun and delicious!

We had the best experience! We learned so much about the ingredients and putting together beautiful dishes. Everything we created was so much fun and delicious! We can’t wait to bring the recipes home and have such a great reminder of our trip to Kyoto!

This was a lovely class! Nori and Ryho were incredible hosts and guides, making us feel welcomed from the very beginning. We started by making two different types of ramen broth, then pork gyoza, and finally onigiri. The class ran like a well oiled machine and we were all crafting the dishes the entire time. After making all the food we sat down as a group to enjoy it. The cooking portion of the class took about an hour and the remaining 30-45 minutes was dedicated to eating and socializing. We loved this class and would highly recommend it!
