5.00R Paul was punctual and very kind for our transfer to Rauna zoo. The car is new and comfortable, the driving was safe and we felt communication was good. We had such a positive experience that we also decided to get our next transfer to the Snowhotel with him.

5.00We had a really lovely experience on this zoo tour. It was just me and my girlfriend, and our guide was incredibly nice, pleasant, and kind from start to finish. He picked us up directly from our hotel and explained the plan for the day on the way, which made everything feel very easy and well organised. When we arrived, he showed us where the restaurant was and let us know that our meal was included in the tour. He also gave us a clear plan for exploring the zoo, told us the polar bear feeding time, and shared a few helpful tips so we wouldn’t miss anything important. After that, he let us explore the zoo on our own, which was perfect for us as a couple. It felt relaxed, well-planned, and very enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting. Thank you for such a pleasant and memorable day!

5.00Paul is a true professional. He picked us up at the hotel entrance at the agreed-upon time. As soon as we arrived, he offered us a snack for the trip. The journey was peaceful, allowing us to enjoy the snowy scenery and pleasant music. Once we arrived at the park, he took care of everything and accompanied us to the trailhead. He offered to take photos for us and answered all our questions.
