this is a unique experience. you can come to a local's home and rediscover the passion for the land and the fruits, the old family traditions. taste delicious dishes prepared together with your hands with love. We will be happy to tell you the history of the place and the food. We want you to be able to carry us in your heart at the end of this experience.
we will prepare fresh pasta following the old local tradition, we will show you all the tricks to have a good pasta. We want to show you our garden and collect together the ingredients that we will use for our dishes. We will prepare two types of pasta: ravioli, fresh pasta filled with ricotta or vegetables or meat. and the noodles that we will dress with sauce or with vegetables, or an excellent pesto.
we love to show you an ancient recipe for a cake with chocolate pears. a good glass of wine will not be missing and at the end of the lunch we will let you taste our liqueurs.

5.00Great experience. Emily and Genny were so welcoming. The food was very good but the family environment and fellowship made it even more special. If you want to do a cooking class in Amalfi I can’t imagine one better than this.

5.00this was such an amazing experience! emily genny and their parents were so pleasant ,funny and nice! we loved the history as well! emily went above and beyond and assisted us with transportation! the house was great- clean with beautiful views! the beverages were great and the food was amazing -so fresh and delicious ! we would recommend this experience 100% to anyone!! <3

5.00Amazing experience. Hosted at a house at the to of Positano. Emily, the host was a lot of fun and led us in preparing some great pasta dishes and tiramisu for desert. Enjoyed wine and prosecco while preparing and eating the meal. Would highly recommend Thai experience to anyone.
