this is a unique experience. you can come to a local's home and rediscover the passion for the land and the fruits, the old family traditions. taste delicious dishes prepared together with your hands with love. We will be happy to tell you the history of the place and the food. We want you to be able to carry us in your heart at the end of this experience.

we will prepare fresh pasta following the old local tradition, we will show you all the tricks to have a good pasta. We want to show you our garden and collect together the ingredients that we will use for our dishes. We will prepare two types of pasta: ravioli, fresh pasta filled with ricotta or vegetables or meat. and the noodles that we will dress with sauce or with vegetables, or an excellent pesto.

we love to show you an ancient recipe for a cake with chocolate pears. a good glass of wine will not be missing and at the end of the lunch we will let you taste our liqueurs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with Emily, Gennaro and their Mum. Welcomed into their lovely home and treated like family. Emily shared her family and grandmother’s amazing history with us whilst providing lots of tips on how to create the perfect pasta. This resulted in a delicious lunch paired with wonderful wine and homemade limoncello. We also made tiramisu which is something I wouldn’t normally choose however this version was fabulous. Will be using the recipes provided to cook for family when we return home. Also the view from the family villa is magnificent. This is by far the best experience we’ve had on our holiday❤️.

Delicious food in a local’s home which has been set up specially for these cooking classes. The family all pitches in and includes you in their family’s history of making their own pasta, sauces, limoncello and desserts with home grown or locally sourced ingredients. Very special and enjoyable - highly recommend!

Everything about the class was wonderful, and compliment our tip to Positano immensely. Because the class is at Angela's home in a town above Positano we reached out the day before and she kindly worked at arranging transportation for us and others, which was much more economical than a taxi. Her kindness and hospitality continued throughout the class, which was heavily sprinkled with fun and lots of laughter and celebrating. It was much more than a cooking class! Indeed, there were several ladies in the class who took it last year and brought back friends this year. Not just memorable, but repeatable!

This was the highlight of our week long trip in Positano. They helped us set up a shuttle to their house which was a huge relief! Emily’s house is so cute and clean. She gave us some of her family history, drinks, and so much food. The food was delicious and so fresh. I’m so excited to teach my family how to make tiramisu during the holidays this year! This is 100% worth it. Book it!

This was the highlight of our entire trip! Emily and her family were so kind and welcoming. They helped us arrange transportation there and back. We learned of the family and town history firsthand. We used fresh local products and Emily made the cooking process so fun and easy! We made and ate a lot of food and also were offered prosecco and wine. 10/10 experience and the food ended up being phenomenal.

This cooking class was such a special experience! Emily and her family were so welcoming, and you can tell it’s truly her passion to share her recipes and family history. It felt like being invited into someone’s home rather than just another class. We made two types of pasta and tiramisu, and they also served the most fresh and delicious tomato and mozzarella appetizer. There was endless wine, prosecco, and lots of laughter — just such a good vibe the entire time. She took plenty of photos and videos and shared them all via whatsapp before we even left. Emily even arranged a shared cab to pick us up near our hotel which was so helpful since her home is a little ways from the main beach. It was hands down one of our favorite experiences in Positano and absolutely worth every penny. 5/5, would recommend to anyone!

If you are looking for a fun, relaxing afternoon where you feel like you’re spending time with your family while learning how to cook like your grandma, then this is the class to choose. It was so special and intimate to spend time with Emily, Genny, and their loved ones in her great grandmas kitchen. You can feel how much love and great food was made there. The dishes we created were beyond words. Each bite was so delicious, and I’m so excited to recreate them at home. Emily was so sweet and a great teacher. Not to mention the stunning views from their balcony. Highly recommend!!
