1.00It was a rainy day in Koh Samui today and is the last day of our holiday. We did not want to sit on a boat for three hours in the rain just to spend a couple of hours there, to then spend another 3 hours coming back to Koh Samui. We tried to explain this to the operator and asked for a refund (we showed proof that it’s our last day with a screenshot of our return flight to Bangkok as well) and the operator refused saying rain is no reason to cancel. Very disappointing. I understand this is how they make a living but we cannot help the weather and it’s disappointing that they could not understand where we were coming from. I know of other tour operators that offer a cancellation & refund/reschedule for poor weather conditions so my advice would be to book with them. The operator then continued to WhatsApp me throughout the day to try and show how “good” the tour was. The weather is still grey and rainy in the videos they sent me so I’m glad we decided to cancel. Attaching screenshots and videos of the conversation & weather conditions from the day.

5.00The day on the Red Baron sailing ship was definitely a highlight of my holiday in Thailand. Especially for my girlfriend , who is disabled and needs help getting on and off the boat I would like to thank the entire crew for the care and care. The inflatable boat trip to the dreamy island was worth the trip alone. Ella , our tourgide makes this day perfect for us. Their wit and charm are unique. To be able to experience the sunset from the ship, simply fantastic. Thanks to everyone . Anja and Eve

5.00We spent a wonderful day on the ship last Saturday.We were about 20 people and a great troupe.The crew and especially Ella made the day unforgettable for us. She is the good soul and takes care of almost everything. The food was great and nothing was missing. We can only recommend the trip .

5.00One of the best boat trips we've ever done! The boat is very comfortable and the ride was smooth. The staff is exceptional, especially Ella! The food is the best we've had on a boat and better than we've had at most weddings. It was great to see the national parks, the views are fantastic. At the end of the tour we were allowed to jump off the boat, and that was so fun! They also had fresh water showers to rinse off after being in the salt water. We packed our snorkel gear, but the snorkeling is not that great on this tour - Ella suggested we take a Koh Tao tour for snorkeling and that was good advice. The cost of this trip is for a day on this beautiful ship, delicious food, and the opportunity to see the national park. The ride out to the park is about 2.5 hours, which is a little longer than some of the other speed boat tours due to the style of this ship.

5.00Service and friendliness on board are wonderful. Special praise to Ella, the guide. Second special praise to chef and cook. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were super delicious / great selection. Even allergies / intolerances were looked at. Man drives three to three and a half hours both to the national park and back at sunset (then under sail). Two islands are anchored and you are driven ashore by a trail boat. Since I was very scared when changing trains and also when running over the pontoon bridge, ELLA ( Lady Gaga) took me by the arm and calmed my panic attack. So sweet. Thank you!!! <3 By the way, ELLA - their playlist is so wonderfully matched to the respective section of the journey, you can't help but RELAX and absolutely slow down. Or at " Heart will go on" Titanic to take photos at the bow. What fun!! The time on the islands could be longer, as it is hardly possible to climb the 500 meters for the incredible view of the national park and still swim in the lagoon. You have to make up your mind. It depends on the fitness level. Ascent and especially descent are not for fearful guys like me. So think of sturdy footwear, spare T-shirt, bathing suits and sunscreen!! You should have bathing gear alone, because you make a snorkel stop on the way back. Just "jump overboard." The water is warm. Equipment is available on loan on request. Drinks are free throughout the ride - unless you want to have ALCOHOLIC drinks. I think these were the best 3200 Baht I've ever invested. Anytime again!!

5.00an exceptional day: the organization is perfect. Catering is exceptional. The experience is definitely worth a visit... We saw whales of dolphins and monkeys... the sunset on the way back was really amazing
