• Good to have pre-booked tickets. However we could have done the bookings ourselves, an probably used 2 days.

  I was under the impression that this was an organised tour starting when we arrived at the gate of the Castle. Instead it was 3 pre-booked tickets for 3 separate venues, with no help with transport between the 3 venues, no reply to my emailed question, and inadequate directions to the boat section. Just a dotted line from the castle to the wine tasting , also on the banks of the river. It appeared to be the boarding point for the boat. Fortunately my sister was able to walk quickly back and the boat kindly waited. The 3 visits, castle, boat and wine-tasting were all very good. Castle - we were delayed 30 min for the presentation in English, but the tour was well presented and interesting The boat was pleasant, and the food was good. The host at the wine tasting explained the procedure to us separately since we were the only English speaking people. Very kind and considerate.

• From the initial phase of this excursion through the entire event, I could not have dreamed it could be so much fun.

  The three venues, Castle, River cruise and Wine tasting, the staff at all of them made the trip fun and enjoyable. Kudos to all those involved

  Boat trip and wine tasting was very nice, visit to the Reichsburg was impressive, however the guide there, Mr Roeland, was fairly rude and rude! Someone who seemed very easily annoyed. Not what I expect from a guide! That was a blot on the day!
