5.00We had an awesome time with Luxury Yachts Cancun! Eduardo made sure the catamaran and staff were absolutely top notch. Everyone had such a great time, and they were especially amazing with the kids—keeping a close eye on them in the water and making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. The crew was incredibly accommodating with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

5.00I booked a private boat rental with Luxury Yacht Charters. Eduardo was fantastic from the beginning to the end with quick, detailed email responses. The rate was very reasonable. I booked the rental from Canada, sent the deposit through Western Union, and brought cash on arrival for the rest of it. Despite many people saying this was risky, I trusted them and it worked out great. I cannot say enough about that super fun boat, the side and the floating matt were the best. We left from the Marina and went to Isla Mujeres shores to snorkel. If you're looking for a shorter snorkelling water adventure without having to join the crowds, these are the people to call. The driver and the crew were excellent. We had a great time with them and I cannot recommend this company enough.

5.00Just perfect. From the onset, Magic-Sea was incredibly helpful, responsive and just overall extremely friendly. They helped us secure a beautiful, clean catamaran along with transportation from our resort. The boat staff was extremely professional but also helped all of our guests have the best time! I really couldn’t be happier with the experience and I would absolutely book them again and recommend them to friends and family.

5.00From arrival to the Marina we were met promptly with warm welcome. Yacht was ready to go!! Ice, water, sodas and beer provided. It took about 10 mins from our arrival board and sail off to our adventure which exceeded our expectations. Our captain Anastacio and his co-captain (don’t know his name. We call him Nino) put on our playlist on the Bluetooth and off we went!! The scenery was beautiful (other waterfront houses on the way to the ocean). The ride was sooooo smooth! Even if you aren’t a strong swimmer you could relax and enjoy! On our way to Isla Mujeres you can see the Cancun Hotel Zone and blue water for as far as your eyes can see!! The service from “Nino” was incredible. He was very attentive. He constantly refreshed our beverages and continuously wiped down surfaces (VERY COVID-19 SAFE)!!! They took pictures for us and even stopped and docked at a store so we could pick up items we had left behind. Once we arrived to Isla Mujeres they docked the boat and made sure the water level was safe enough to stand up and seaweed free! We were able to order our lunch on the boat and it was delivered to us by another boat!! ⛵️🔥🔥🔥 the food was hot and delicious 😋! There isn’t enough words to describe this experience. They were simply amazing and would choose anyone else in the future! Thank you 😊 BOOK THEM TODAY!!

5.00We had a great time boat and crew were fantastic. One note make sure you call the night before. Trip advisor hadn’t sent our reservation to them. So they didn’t know. After some conversation the contractor figured it out. Trip advisor was 0 help and I couldn’t find a number to call. Had we shown up wo the call the night before it would have been a disaster. But we did and the boat was kick ass the crew was too. They are great. Trip advisor not so much. Really disappointed
