5.00As true foodies, this tour came highly recommended to us and it absolutely did not disappoint! When you think of visiting Reykjavík, food might not be the first thing that comes to mind, but this experience completely changed that for us. From start to finish, everything was so well thought out. Each stop offered something unique and delicious, and we loved getting to taste a variety of Icelandic flavors we probably wouldn’t have tried on our own. Every location we visited was fantastic, and you could really tell the tour was curated with care. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was our guide Stevie. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his country. His storytelling and insights made us appreciate Iceland on a much deeper level and left us wanting to learn even more. If you’re visiting Reykjavík, don’t skip this tour, it’s worth every single dollar and such a fun, immersive way to experience the culture through food. Highly recommend!

5.00Dagur was the most amazing host. I'd been on a couple tours with different operators and just felt like a number on the bus. However, Dagur makes the experience personal, getting to know everyone on his tour. He is very knowledgeable and energetic and made the entire thing fun! I heard him speaking to a few others on the tour and his genuine desire to engage with, and involve everyone is commendable. The food was also great and the walk around the city informative! Thanks Dagur!

5.00We had a great time with Dagur on this tour! The food was delicious and there were many stories about the restaurants, locations, and the food itself that made it a great introduction to Iceland in general and Reykjavik specifically. We had a day that was windy and a bit rainy, but the walks were never long or difficult, so we didn’t mind. The portions were generous, so we left full and happy. We also got many recommendations for additional restaurants and other activities in the area, so I suggest doing this tour early in your trip so that you can make use of the recommendations. You’ll be glad you did!

5.00Had an amazing time on our tour with Dagur! He was friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole experience both enjoyable and informative. We even got a true taste of traditional Icelandic weather along the way, which added to the adventure. This tour came highly recommended by a friend, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We visited five different locations in one day, sampling a variety of traditional Icelandic dishes. The lamb, Arctic char, and rye bread ice cream were definite highlights. If you’re looking for a great way to experience local food and culture, this tour is a must-do!
