  Luggage was picked up right at the hotel exactly on time from what we were given. Quick, friendly and easy experience even for a group with 5 bags. Process was seamless, we just handed over the bags and no longer had to worry about luggage and received photos of each bag being checked in.

  Extremely convenient. Gave us a 20 minute window in the morning and scanned labels right on sight. We were done in 5 minutes. Freed us from having to check in our bags at the airport. Would do again for sure.

  An absolutely wonderful service. This idea is very innovative and so convenient when travelling. Everything went according to plan: the representative picked up the suitcase at the agreed time, and the formalities were very simple. Thanks to BagBee, I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night next day to check in my luggage at dawn (I had an early flight). I also purchased the suggested Fast Track option from BagBee, which was a great decision, because it turned out that the airport was extremely crowded, with many flights departing. The price for the quality of this service (which also includes not having to carry luggage and peace of mind at the airport) is very reasonable. Of course, I picked up my luggage without any problems at the destination airport. Brilliant! What's more, and very importantly, the communication was excellent throughout, the staff responded to emails very quickly and found solutions to some problems (which I encountered with MY email). To sum up: very good communication, very patient and polite staff, a great idea for a service in itself, and excellent execution. I would very much like to see similar options at other airports. There are 5 stars, but I would gladly give 10.

  Bagbee’s communication and service were top notch! It was easy to handoff our luggage and so pleasant not to have to bring it along on the shuttle to the airport. The gentleman who picked up our luggage was punctual and pleasant. We will definitely use the service again when we’re in Iceland.
