We are a pickup and drop-off company. We collect customers' bags from homes, hotels, and Airbnbs, and deliver them directly to the airport. After drop-off, we also handle the check-in process for the luggage. This way, travelers can enjoy their last day without having to worry about carrying or checking in their bags.

5.00This was a game-changer. We did not have to lug our suitcases anywhere and it made getting through the airport so much easier. They were on time and took care of everything. I highly recommend using this service.

5.00Great service. Happened to hear about this service on a FaceBook post just before we traveled to Iceland the first week in December. The Iceland bus system is very good overall but you have to drag your suitcases to and from the airport. Not fun, especially in the wind and snow. BagBee solved half of the problem by picking up our suitcases at our hotel and delivering them to our departing airline. They checked our passport and boarding passes at the hotel and provided claim checks for our bags. The BagBee app keep us up to date on their progress to the airport including pictures. The next time we saw our bags was on the baggage claim conveyor at our home airport. Well worth the cost!

5.00Love this service and wish we had it in the US. I used this on my last Iceland trip too. They came right to my hotel, picked up my luggage, and checked it in. Then I could use my last day for sightseeing without dragging bags around. Added bonus—at airport you can skip the long check in line and just head for security!

5.00Professional, on time and very convenient! Highly recommended service. I put my luggage one day before my trip. 24 hrs before my trip, I checked in and sent my boarding pass through email. They immediately printed the barcode on my luggage and sent it. I didn’t have to go the check in desk. When I arrived to my destination my luggage was waiting for me!

5.00This is an awesome service, especially if you are traveling alone as a senior citizen! They came to the hotel on time, checked in my bags, gave me the stickers for pick up, and took them to the airport and checked them in. Sent me a confirmation photo to show the bags on the belt. I was able to bypass the enormous crowds checking in (no wonder they tell you 3hours!) and there were five people at security, so I breezed thru. Easiest travel experience in my 52 years of traveling and I give Bagbee a big thumbs up for making it so!

5.00Anyone traveling out of Reykjavik on IcelandAir or Play airlines needs to use Bagbee. It is an incredible service that saves time and the hassle of checking in baggage at KEF airport, which can get chaotic with long lines on the best of days. Everything from making the reservation to picking up my luggage at my home airport in the states went smoothly. My partner and I were met on time at the Reykjavik cruise port, checked in our bags with Bagbee and were able to get to the airport without handling cumbersome suitcases. We were kept informed every step of the way as our bags were checked in at KEF. Prices are incredibly reasonable for such a great service. Thank you Bagbee!
