5.00Wow, what a difference this service made for us! We’re a family of five heading on a ski vacation with a total of eight bags, four ski bags and four conventional bags. The bags were picked up the day before departure, which meant we could avoid long lines and go straight to security at the airport. Everything was completely seamless and professional, and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this fantastic service!

4.00So glad we had our bags picked up from our hotel. We were traveling with 8 people and had so many large bags. They came and picked up our bags and we didn’t see our bags until we landed in US. Easy!

5.00Great service. Happened to hear about this service on a FaceBook post just before we traveled to Iceland the first week in December. The Iceland bus system is very good overall but you have to drag your suitcases to and from the airport. Not fun, especially in the wind and snow. BagBee solved half of the problem by picking up our suitcases at our hotel and delivering them to our departing airline. They checked our passport and boarding passes at the hotel and provided claim checks for our bags. The BagBee app keep us up to date on their progress to the airport including pictures. The next time we saw our bags was on the baggage claim conveyor at our home airport. Well worth the cost!

5.00Love this service and wish we had it in the US. I used this on my last Iceland trip too. They came right to my hotel, picked up my luggage, and checked it in. Then I could use my last day for sightseeing without dragging bags around. Added bonus—at airport you can skip the long check in line and just head for security!

5.00Professional, on time and very convenient! Highly recommended service. I put my luggage one day before my trip. 24 hrs before my trip, I checked in and sent my boarding pass through email. They immediately printed the barcode on my luggage and sent it. I didn’t have to go the check in desk. When I arrived to my destination my luggage was waiting for me!

5.00This is an awesome service, especially if you are traveling alone as a senior citizen! They came to the hotel on time, checked in my bags, gave me the stickers for pick up, and took them to the airport and checked them in. Sent me a confirmation photo to show the bags on the belt. I was able to bypass the enormous crowds checking in (no wonder they tell you 3hours!) and there were five people at security, so I breezed thru. Easiest travel experience in my 52 years of traveling and I give Bagbee a big thumbs up for making it so!
