  We were welcomed by Isabelle, straight away we realised we were in safe hands. Very joyful, sweet and knowledgable. She lead us to our boat where Eduard met us, he is a very experienced captain and also such a sweet man. unfortunately the weather wasn’t what we would have liked but that didn’t stop Isabelle from creating a memorable experience for us. From start to finish she was our ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Provided blankets to keep us warm with constant check ins to keep us smiling. Isabelle made us the loveliest cocktails/mocktails and oh my goodness, the BEST cooked lunch. You can tell she prepares with so much love. My sister is vegan and she had provided the tastiest vegan options, also went out of her way to make vegan versions of her spring rolls which are absolutely sensational, must try. Was a lovely gesture she did not have to do but was highly appreciated and the best meal my sister has had since being here in Rhodes. Tried to swim, was far too cold but Isabelle stood like a proud mother capturing the moments of attempts between us all then waiting to wrap us in towels and more blankets. Was still a beautiful trip regardless of weather and quite honestly would return just to see Isabelle and her beautiful spirit again. They are relatively new and I wish them all the success, I believe with their attentiveness and love. They will become the best on the island. My heart broke as we were docking and the wind pushed her and her phone fell into the sea, yet her spirit remained happy and accommodating to wave us off even during a stressful time for her. If you’re looking for a boat trip, boats are boats, they’re all very similar and all do the job, but they don’t all come equipped with an Isabelle on board. This is the trip you need if ever in Rhodes. She will make your day I promise and if she doesn’t, her food definitely will. Hhjjjhffgg

  A gorgeous adventure with Sailing Edisa! Isabela and Eduard were so kind and accommodating for our private tour. The food and drinks were all delicious, highly recommend ☺️🤍

  An amazing hospitable experience ❤️ Edward and Isabella take good care of their customers and cater to their individual needs! Isabella's cooking is top notch! A great mixture of Vietnamese and Greek homemade cuisine. My mother in law gave our experience more than 5 stars! My husband enjoyed the individual care of me and his mother and he even had the opportunity sail the boat. We really enjoyed the food and the cocktails (compliments of the captain!), champagne, and wine. Sailing Edisa has a great itinerary for their guest. Swimming, snorkeling, homemade lunch consisting of fresh spring rolls, Greek salad, and more, plus premium champagne and wine and a special cocktail from the captain. • Lovely Rhodes boat trip

  Excellent experience. Isabella and Edward put lots of effort into all the food and drink. We had lots of people with allergies and they went above and beyond to accomdate this. They provided Vietnamese food to us, the sauce, tofu and spring rolls were great. The meat was also perfectly cooked. We also had a dragonfruit with champagne and a cocktail as well. The wine was also lovely, and they had plenty to provide us with. They were very friendly and informative, giving lots of history about the island and their passion for sailing. They are a new company and you could really feel that they're doing everything they can to succeed, and we 100% think they will with the amount of care they put in. Food was amazing, drink was amazing and company was amazing. 100% recommend them, good value for money!

  Fabulous trip with Isabella and Edward who were amazing hosts. Traveled to Anthony Quinn bay where we bathed in the warm waters, followed by beautiful cocktails. We had a fabulous lunch of Vietnamese rolls, an amazing salad with a tasty dressing and tasty ribs. Th green onions were home grown by our hosts. This was served with a delicious white wine. We stopped at another beautiful bay for a swim and afterwards had a champagne cocktail served with our hosts home grown dragon fruit. We had a little one with us (18 months) and he had a little sleep in one of the cabins below. We can’t recommend this trip enough, such a lovely relaxing experience.   The most amazing trip, the cocktails and lunch was amazing! Especially Isabel’s spring rolls! We went to various locations and at the end of the sail we had champagne from Edward’s place of work and dragon fruit from their garden home grown. A truly magical experience, I would urge anyone to book this excursion. Isabel and Edward are lovely people and you will have an unforgettable experience !

  We celebrated our daughters 25'th birthday sailing with Sailing Edisa. First we got Captain Eduardos special coctail. Through the 6 hour trip we got unlimited servings of Cair Wine, the best wine in Rhodes. Nice boat and very good homemade food. Captain Eduardos Greek salad with his grandmothers dressing receipt, and Isabellas Vietnamese spring rolls were so good. Vegetables arehomegrown from their garden. We had three swimming stops in Kalithea, Anthony Quinns bay and Ladiko bay. The hosts provide snorkeling gear. You can see some fish and sea urchins. Isabella is very attentive, and served us wine and water through the day. Since we were celebrating our daughters birthday we got some complimentary VIP champagne and Dragon fruit from their own garden. As a bonus we got a greek history lesson on the way back.

  Great experience with Edisa, with visits at three bays. Very good homemade cooking, and a nice white wine from CAIR. We had a special day and got very nice extra for our day. The host also brought some fruit from their garden which shows Isabella and Eduardos interest of their guests. The day trip can really be recommend.

  It was an amazing trip, with great fresh food and amazing service. Edward and Isabella made it a spesial trip with great homegrown fruit and amazing wine. I would really recommend.
