If you're riding during a cool time/season, you should dress warmer. The staff speaks three languages, and you can ask any questions you may have.

They called a few minutes before departure, and announced that the boat trip had been cancelled. Was promised a refund, but no refund came.

Short walk to main harbour to pick up boat. Welcome drink on arrival. Only 2 of us on this trip, so had a personal tour with the boat guide. Would highly recommend

It was a horrible experience. People were so rude. We booked our VIP boat but captain didn’t turned up then we were offered smaller boat but the owner couldn’t start. Boats are in very bad condition so for your safety I wouldn’t recommend. They offered money back but after 1 month still no money and no answers to messages. Absolutely disgusting.

The boat and skipper were pleasant. The audio tour is basic but communicates the major points. It is done with a BLE speaker in the center of the boat that is easy to hear. In our case, the boat left 5 minutes prior to the actual tour time so it is important to be there on-time (arrive 15 min early as they request!--arriving early is also important to be sure you get your welcome drink!). Overall a great experience.

Person on indicated phone number did not answer call! At the station we got information that providing any kind of information to their customers is not in their work responsibilities .sorry to say - but it’s really awful service .

The trip itself is pretty cheap, so you’re not losing money by going on this trip. You start the experience with a free drink which is nice. However the whole guide is played through a speaker from an audio guide. It wasn’t super interesting and I expected a bit more from the experience. The experience could do with being more engaging.

Good value for money. The audio speaker was not working so the boat captain had to stand in & provide information which was fine Pre trip prosecco good.
