5.00Lovely trip along the canal in a pretty little boat, I'd booked the sunset time but hadn't taken into account the sundown time! The tours contacted me and let me rearrange my time at no expense to me to make sure I got the nice sunset views. We were sat right next to the captain who gave my mum and I a lot of extra details and pointed out extra bits so I advise you sit next to him! Extremely friendly man! :)

1.00They called a few minutes before departure, and announced that the boat trip had been cancelled. Was promised a refund, but no refund came.
