5.00We started with a discussion of the museum’s architecture and how it honors the history of Amsterdam while gradually preparing the visitor to fully appreciate the art inside. Anna delved into the significance of the Nightwatch painting as a point of local and national pride. We went through several others, with Anna explaining Rembrandt’s significance in future impressionist work. She also encouraged imagining in detail what the characters in the painting might be doing and feeling the emotions the painters were trying to convey. A guide like Anna adds so much depth to an art museum experience. Highly recommend her!

5.00The museum is huge and can be overwhelming…our guide Anna , approached our experience with confidence , organization. , sensitivity to our needs and interests and made the entire 2 hours extremely enjoyable. Anna has a friendly conversational style, open to all sorts of questions and deep knowledge of the subject. I highly recommend Anna as a tour guide !

5.00Anna was amazing! Her knowledge, passion and sense of humour made this a very enjoyable tour!! I highly recommend u enjoy her morning tour if the Ryks museum, then join her for an afternoon walking tour exploring the streets that Rembrant walked! She is 5 out of 5!!

5.00Our guide Anna was exceptional. So stylish in her dress and in her mannerisms. Very very knowledgeable and a great storyteller. She added on a whole extra room for us which made the ending so much different than the beginning. A story was told. Museum was excellent.

We would never have known as much info as she did and having her guide us through the museum was interesting and helpful. Anna is very knowledgeable about art and Dutch history and is a perfect tour guide for the art museum.
