• Amazing experience, highly professional guide and organization

  We had the 2D 1N private Crater rim Experience with Robbie and his 2 porters and we had the absolute best time. It was a super professional organized tour, everything was prepared and we had the chance to fully concentrate on nature etc. Robbie is a well prepared, professional and experienced guide. He was a great help at any time. It was a pleasure to walk with him and we had a lot of fun during the whole trip. The whole crew and the organization made us feel welcome all the time. They took care of all our needs and tempo. The 2D1N is perfect for a short experience, which was the best for us for this time. We do recommend 100% and if we come back for the peak next time, we would choose Green Rinjani again.

  We came back yesterday from the 2D1N tour (Senaru Crater Rim). The organization by Green Rinjani is great. It is an all-round package including transfers and a first night in Senaru the day before the trekking. The view over the rice fields is magnificent. The welcome in the office by the manager was very accommodating. We then also got a briefing on the procedure and could then move into the room. The guides and porters are very caring. We were traveling with the guide Anti and the Porters Riski and (Ma) Nur - a true dream team. The food is great, the tent spacious and the sleeping bags keep well warm and were all freshly cleaned. Trekking is challenging but feasible. I recommend everyone some training before (stamina and leg muscles). We didn't have one ... so it was exhausting for us. Farewell was equally kind. I can absolutely recommend Green Rinjani.   The Trekking from Senaru to Crater Rom was very cool for us. Our Guide Dhana helped us a lot and explained so many facts about the mt. rinjani. Our tent at the Crater rim was so confortable and we had the best view. Thanks for all Porters, Green Rinjani and Dhana.

  This experience was absolutely outstanding! Despite the spontaneous booking everything was made possible, the tour includes pickup and dropoff as well as the overnight stay one night before the tour starts and the entire tour including guide and porter. We were treated to a wide variety of freshly cooked meals throughout the tour and everything was delicious. Our guide Aril was absolutely brilliant! We felt safe at all times, he went at our pace and speaks excellent English. Aril also collected more garbage from the mountain than we caused ourselves and took it back with us - Greenrinjani looks after the mountain very carefully (part of the payment is also used for clean-up activities). In addition, Aril was simply in a great mood, told exciting stories about the mountain and the entire island of Lombok and spared no effort to create an unforgettable video of our trip with great pictures and videos over and above the package we had booked! Also, our guide Aril always had the best tips for the right spots for sunrise and sunset. Aril is a great character who I highly recommend to everyone! The outstanding overall experience was rounded off by the beautiful nature that we were able to observe from the Senaru Rim Crater and the porters, who showed great commitment.   The guys from Green Rinjani, especially our guide Dhana and the two porters, gave us the best trip of our world trip. It was extremely exhausting but still an absolutely impressive tour. The prospect of camping above the clouds and always having the feeling that you don't lack anything gets a 100% recommendation from us!   We had a great time with our Guide Dhana in the shared Tour of Green Rinjani. Despite of the rain we had a lot of fun. Shoutout to the porters too! They cooked a fantastic BF, lunch and dinner for us. The equipment (tent etc.) was also very nice and we had a very good sleep. The whole team made the trip as comfortable as possible for us and provides everything to made the trip a smooth one. Liz&Tom

  We are SO happy we chose to trek with Green Rinjani! They were professional, safe, friendly and hospitable! We did the 2D/1N crater rim trek with our two children (ages 13 & 11). John was our guide and he was amazing! He encouraged us throughout the trek, assisted by carrying my childrens' backpacks, helped us through difficult parts of the climb, provided extra snacks and water right when we needed them and was so friendly the whole time! Our 4 porters were incredible as well! They not only carried all our camping gear up and down the mountain, they made us delicious meals, curries, omelettes, fruit plates, noodles and rice dishes! The tent and sleeping bags were very comfortable, the table and chairs for meals way a nice touch as well. Green Rinjani cares about the environment and cleaned up trash all along the trek which was so nice to see. This was a once in a lifetime experience and we are so happy we chose Green Rinjani to trek with!   Did the 3 days 2 nights trip with Green Rinjani in a mixed group of 4, and it was such a great experience. The communication with the owner Arie pre-trip, transport arrangements before and after the trip, accomodation before the trip, and the trekking itself, the whole service package was just top notch. Our guides Andy and Fahmy were super patient and encouraging at the same time while I was struggling with the challenging parts. I won't make it to the summit without their encouragements. They are also very knowledgeable about the mountain and the trek, always letting us know what to expect and what we should notice about the upcoming legs. Our porters and chef were also amazing, our tents were spacious and comfortable completed with a mattress, a pillow and a warm sleeping bag. I also rented trekking poles from them which saved my knees!!! The meals we had on the trek were so delicious and the portions were generous. The freshly made popcorn on our second night before dinner after the long grueling day was such a nice touch. And as others have mentioned, they do really care about the environment, not only taking our own trash, but also clean up what others have left behind, which I really appreciate. All in all, I would highly recommend Green Rinjani!
