The Rio Bueno is located just about at the midpoint between Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. Coming from either, it's about a 45-minute drive. The River water ranges in temperature from sun-warmed to moderately cool, which is ideal for swimming. It's very deep in certain areas, but due to the gradual, gentle slope, the rapids are never more than lightly churning. Once, you get to the drop-off point for tubing, the adventure begins.
Bamboo Beach Club's tropical setting provides the perfect backdrop for a magnificent day in paradise. Our large stretch of gorgeous shoreline leaves plenty of space to choose the perfect place to sit, whether in the middle of our vibrant cultural shows, or in a more quiet and relaxing area – perhaps under our hundred year old almond and palm trees! The melodious sound of popular reggae and dancehall music lends a real cool vibe.

5.00The river tubing had clear water and beautiful scenery all the way. It lasted a good while, which made the tour very relaxing. Athenia did a great job at the Bamboo Beach Club delivering multiple food and drink items. We were in the water a few times, and she made sure we knew the next food option was available, so we did not miss any of it. She was also very informative with Jamaican history and culture.

5.00Our family had such a fun time enjoying the beautiful people and nature of Jamaica. Dacia was an amazing guide and took wonderful care of us on our tour! We didn’t mind the little bit of rain and the sunshine showed itself just in time for us to enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the beach.
