What To Expect

A guided expedition to the Savegre River where 36 km from Quepos we prepare ourselves in the depths of the mountain to run rapids class I & II + in a route of 8 kilometers in approximately 2 hours. Adrenaline floating one by one the exciting rapids in connection with the dense vegetation and wildlife of the scenery, a stop leads us to the banks where a few meters away we find a majestic waterfall, a snack of fresh fruit, cookies and juices. The descent continues for a few more kilometers where you will find more waves, holes of current that will challenge you to stay in the tube and the opportunity to swim in the natural pools of the river will not be missed.

Extreme M&R Tours gave my partner and I an incredible experience tubing down the Rio Savage. Our guide, Mau was incredibly knowledgeable and not only taught us about the local flora and fauna but also ensured we had a fantastic time on the rapids. My husband and I had a wonderful time white water tubing. The group ended up being just us. The guide and driver were excellent. The views were spectacular, including stopping at a waterfall. The guide also took some great photos of us. It was a great way to spend a morning.
