5.00They were very friendly from the start when Nichole picked us up just outside the cruise port. She was waiting to welcome us and take us out to the east side of the island where we met the staff and received operation instructions on the ATV's. Our guide was very accommodating and adjusted to a speed that was comfortable for my wife. We made our way down the trails and into a few small seaside towns like Punta Gorda. After going back to the starting point we met Mama and had some of her wonderful homemade hibiscus juice drink. She then prepared us a plate of some wonderful local foods which were delicious. When we were ready, Nichole was waiting to take us back to the cruise port with a bottle of cold water for the roughly 40 min drive. She told us about the different areas as we passed and some of the island traditions and celebrations. My wife and I enjoyed the excursion and would recommend it to anyone who is asking.

4.00We enjoyed our time out. Shem our driver was nice and kept up good conversation with my husband. We cane by cruise ship and got off early. We were able to walk outside of tge terminal and find the company easily. There are many people outside trying to sell other excursions but they didn't hesitate to point us in the right direction for this one. We did the ATV ride. It was nice. However, we didn't go through a jungle. It was really a ride through a rual neighborhood. I was expecting an actual jungle, like a perseve or something. But the area was nice enough. We got a chance to see how the locals live snd that was interesting enough for me. The food tasting at Mama's place was very good. Nothing too heavy but a good sample of some local dishes. Due to the weather we went to the monkey rescue instead of the beach. We did have to pay extra. It was nice also. Afterwards, Shem dropped us off back at the port directly. All abd all I felt the experience was worth the price.
Underwhelming ATV tour

2.00Carlos was our amazing tour guide and thanks to him we were able to complete our day without loosing our minds. As we were driving to the ATV tour he told us they were out of ATV’s and we could not start the tour. We drove around killing time and started off with the food tasting. People were nice but it was an awkward experience. Just a few of us in a room and a platter of food was brought out. No explanation. We sat around and waited for the ATV’s to be available. Once we got on the ATV there was no jungle ride. We went through some of the villages but it was over probably within 30 min. At this point part of our tour needed to go back to their ship and could not make the beach. Because the weather was cloudy we decided to also go back and cut the “excursion” short. Our tour guide felt bad and took us to a chocolate tasting and coffee tasting spot before taking us back. Carlos was friendly, accommodating, and fun. If it would not have been for him our entire day would have been ruined. We had also contacted the tour company twice prior to the start with some questions and they never responded. my recommendation is that Carlos finds a better company. I will never book Henry tours through Viator again

5.00This was the best use of money I’ve ever had. INCREDIBLE people, gorgeous sights, some of the best food we have ever had. SO much fun, and truly the best day ever. We thought 5 hours was long before it, and once it was over we were so sad.

4.00super fun and messy! they let u rinse off after riding with a hose outside. the path passes by what seems to be a cemetery. the atv’s aren’t the newest but definitely rideable. if u want to go fast u have to let the guide know other they think u wanna go slow. they don’t let u pass them if so. the food is ok and the beach is slightly crowded. the tour guide was very nice tho and knowledgeable. super fun experience overall

5.00Our experience was great from the cruise port to our journey through the jungle on the atv+lunch! When booking, the instructions were very clear for meet up and everything was as described. Our tour guide, Franklin, was wonderful and made our experience in Roatan a 10/10. Franklin was very knowledgable and gave us some insights about Roatan and its history throughout our trip. The ride on the atv may be very bumpy and muddy, but the guides were very helpful and attentive over our safety! lunch was a bit cold but still very tasty and enjoyable. Franklin was also very accommodating, which we made stops for pictures and squeezed in time to see sloths. We ended the day relaxing at west bay beach with beautiful waters.

4.00All the guides were very nice and the food made by Happi was delicious.We expected more for the ATV portion as we just went through some villages then turned around. Our driver Raymac was accommodating.

5.00Our boat was leaving early so we were unable to spend as much time as we would have liked but they got us back on time. Was a fantastic day. Our guide Ray was perfect and answered all my many questions about the area and the culture. Worth every cent even when we had to leave early. Would do again.

5.00We were disappointed that we were the only ones on the excursion. The guide for the ATVs was polite and everything, but we traveld so slowly, it wasn't very exciting. The tour guide, Trent was excellent. The lunch was delicious.

5.00We had a wonderful time on this tour! My wife and I booked it while cruising and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We easily found Creg, and our driver for the day was Kislen, who picked us up in a newer Ford Explorer with cold A/C. Since we were the only ones booked, it turned into a private tour, which was a real treat. Kislen drove us across the island, sharing history and insights along the way. The ATVs were a bit worn, as expected, but worked just fine. The ride through the jungle and small fishing villages was beautiful, and our ATV guides were very friendly and informative. For lunch, we stopped at Good Island Taste’s restaurant where “Happy,” the chef, treated us to a feast of pork, chicken, shrimp, vegetables, rice, and beans. It was absolutely delicious. Afterward, we skipped the beach (since the port already has one) and Kislen suggested we visit the sloths instead. We’re so glad he did! It ended up being a highlight of the day! Kislen dropped us off with plenty of time to relax with a drink and enjoy the beach before heading back to the ship. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would do it again in a heartbeat!
