5.00We had a private tour guide for the whole trip and he was very friendly and took great care of us. Sloth/zoo was great to see the animal. Buggy driving was fun, but the first couple of rides broke down on us when driving, but they were really fast at getting us a replacement (like 30 seconds).

5.00The whole experience was awesome. We all had a fun time. Renie was a great host. He was knowledgeable about the island and was sure that everything went smoothly. Be sure to bring old shoes and/or water shoes. They will get wet and muddy. We would definitely do this experience again.

4.00It was a great time at the wildlife zoo they took us by! All the animals looked Happy! The walk through the park was rocky so make sure you bring the right shoes. My water shoes were just "ok" to walk around with. The dune buggies are go carts so be prepared. We were really bummed out to find that out because we really wanted a fun/comfortable ride this time around for this type of excursion. Our go cart broke down during the ride and we had to switch but the guys were very accommodating when that all happened. All the guides were great and the picture prices are the end were reasonably priced to purchase. It wasn't too far from where the ships were so, that was convenient. We had to cut our trip a little short because we choose a later start time so I can't speak on the beach part. They accommodated well and made sure we were back to the ship with time to spare!

5.00I’ve had an absolutely amazing time! I’m an animal lover, and I love adventure. The guides were chill, awesome and super friendly. I’ve really enjoyed my time, there. From our bus driver, Mayan Eden guide, and buggy guides!! They were all 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4.00Getting out of the port to find the tour guide was chaotic. The guide was amazing, but it was difficult to get to him. The animal sanctuary was fun. I wish I knew how muddy we would get riding the dune buggies, but it was so much fun.

Beware!!! Not At All What We Signed Up For!

1.00We signed up for the Jungle and Private Beach tour and it was not at all what they advertised. When we got there, the machines didn't look anything like what is portrayed on their website. My husband and I went through 3 dune buggies before we had one with a functioning safety strap. Our friends were each on ATVs which kept breaking down and had bald tires. One of the guide's dune buggy even caught on fire. Once we finally got going we kept just going around in circles on the property. We thought we were just warming up but nope... that was it! No jungle, no creek, no views - nothing. I was told days later (after I wrote to the manager) that this was because of the rain that the island had got that week and it wasn't safe. I can totally understand that but absolutely NO ONE advised us of this ahead of time. We should have been told and offered the chance to reschedule or cancel. I had to ask to get a refund (which they did give - 1/4) but they were certainly not going to offer it. We also headed out the private beach but were turned away at the gate because of a wedding that was going on. The company should have known this ahead of time. So we wasted a half hour of our day driving around to another beach. The guides were great, especially Brian, but that is all I can say that was positive. There are other options on the island and I would definitely suggest trying those first. I would hope they would be more honest and forthcoming than this company was.

5.00Fun experience!!!! With some great people!!! Psa don't wear white lol you will get muddy and encounter so many animals. Crystal was our tour guide and took us to the buggy place first and we were met with very kind individuals! They started with a safety tutorial and then you got to have alot of fun!!!I Felt safe and had a lot of fun doing the buggys!!!! Then on to the wild life sanctuary we got to meet some tropical birds monkeys and sloths!!! So much fun!!!! Then we finished at a beach area. Super nice bring water shoes the sand and shells were very course. Water was beautiful. Overall 10/10 i didn't know what to expect when we booked but was blown out of the water with the experience <3
