Once your cruise arrives at the port, our team will meet you right outside the port when you arrive in Coxen Hole or at Mahogany Bay. You will be picked up in a private car with your personal driver, ensuring a personalized and private service. From there, we will set off to begin your excursion for the day.

Animal experience and tour of Roatan

5.00While it was advertised as a small group on the tour, ours ended up being a private tour of just the three of us. The sloth, monkey, and parrot experience was awesome! (Note that Honduras recently passed a law preventing tourists from interacting with the sloths, but you could still get really close to them.)

5.00We had such a great experience! The monkey and sloth was our favorite stop! The chocolate factory and Rum factory was also very interesting! The rum factory had a great view of the island. Our driver was Nathan and he was so great! He recommended a place for lunch that was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend eating at the mutton pepper. Their food was 10/10. Nathan was so patient with us by telling us some things about the island and allowing us to stop and take pictures! I would recommend him and this tour 1000x!

5.00We had a private tour of the island with our driver, Ruth who was amazing! She was so kind and knowledgeable. We fell in love with the island. Seeing the sloths, macaws and monkeys was super cool. We tried chocolate and rums. We saw parts of the island through Ruth that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. She and the tour made this port the favorite of our cruise!

4.00The Roatán Island Tour - Sloth & Monkey Park, Rum, and Chocolate excursion was a really good experience overall. The tour was well organized, and there was a nice variety of activities throughout the day. The highlight was definitely visiting the sloth and monkey park. Getting to see the animals up close was fun and memorable. The rum and chocolate stops were also enjoyable. Our guide did a great job throughout the tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly while making the experience enjoyable for everyone. Overall, this was a fun and worthwhile tour in Roatán, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the island. Bring. enough water for the hot weather

5.00Came in on the Icon of the Seas, had no idea what we wanted to do and found Tucan Adventures. We book with ease and met our tour guide Tyler (only one on the island, if you want to request him Met him just outside the cruise port and he and the rest of the staff are in nice collared shirts with logo clearly embroidered on the front. Tyler walked us to the car and we headed out to tour the island. Tyler being born on the island knew the place like the back of his hand. He not only showed us the interesting points but also answered our question about Roatan and Honduras. Tyler took us to the Monkey Sloth Sanctuary first, where he handed us off to our guide Jaun. We got to interact with the capuchin monkeys and be right up close with the sloths. We saw the birds and other wildlife. The place was clean and the animals healthy. Tyler met us right outside the door and we moved onto the Chocolate Factory. While on the way Tyler did a great job showing us all the neat points along the way. After the chocolate factory we went to the rum distillery. Highly recommend the rum cakes, some of the best I have ever had. Tyler then took us over to some neat places for pictures and help us take them. highly recommend Tyler and Tuesan Adventures for fun and safe tour of Roatan!

5.00This was such a great way to experience Roatan during a port day. The team was waiting right outside the port to pick us up and dropped us off very close to the ship upon return. Getting to explore the sloth and monkey sanctuary was a big highlight of our trip! Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our guide, Sinthia, was very kind and informative! She showed us some great places to take photos and made sure we saw any and everything we could in our time together. The fact that it was a private tour made the experience even better. This is a great option for a port day in Roatan!

5.00We fortunately had an awesome guide, even though no driver had been assigned to us. Tanya offered to be our guide for our fabulous excursion. She took the experience over the top for us by showing us the city full of many photo opportunities, getting us to our destination to spend plenty of time with the animals. The sanctuary was clean, informative, fun, and our guide, Amy was amazing. Thanks, Happy One

5.00There should be better coordination between the driver and the individual that's booking the travel. We didn't know who we were looking for. There were so many other vendors out there trying to look for their travelers we didn't know who ours were. He didn't have a sign or nothing to indicate that he was our driver. It should be better coordinated with the individual booking the excursion to know exactly who their driver for the excursion is. If it wasn't for another excursion driver who went out of his way to help us we wouldn't never found our driver. But once we got connected with Carlos his service was exemporary he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best excursion that we ever had✨💖😎
