5.00I booked this excursion during our stop in Roatán on Carnival Mardi Gras because it checked every box for our family. It was my daughter’s 23rd birthday, and ATV adventures are her favorite type of excursion. I also needed a two-seater ATV so my elderly mother wouldn’t have to drive herself, and this was one of the only excursions I found that offered that option. The fact that it also included a beach stop and a chance to see sloths and monkeys made it an easy choice. What I didn’t realize when I booked was that this would end up being one of the best excursions we’ve ever taken. This tour deserves to be the #1 excursion in Roatán. One of the things that made it so special was the small-group experience. We were actually the only guests from our ship, which meant we had a completely personalized tour. Our guide, Rashad, was absolutely incredible. He struck the perfect balance between fun, relaxed, and knowledgeable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He shared information about the island, answered every question we had, and made sure we were having a great time without ever making us feel rushed. The first stop to see the animals was intimate and personal. We’ve visited sanctuaries before where tourists were packed in by the hundreds, but this experience was completely different. Our small group was guided through the area at a relaxed pace, giving us plenty of opportunities to interact with the animals and take amazing photos. The animals were free to roam throughout the jungle, which made the experience feel much more natural and authentic. Our guide was very knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about the animals and their habitat, and it was clear how much care went into their well-being. We absolutely loved this part of the tour. The ATV portion of the excursion ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day. One thing that immediately stood out was that the company is female-owned and operated, and the team took such wonderful care of us from start to finish. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Before we headed out, they took plenty of time to make sure everyone was comfortable with the equipment and understood how everything worked. There was never any sense of being rushed. Instead, it felt more like spending time with friends who genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. We visited during the dry season, so there wasn’t much mud on the trails—mostly dust—but the ride was still an absolute blast. The ATVs themselves were a little older, which actually added to the adventure because we were able to do real off-roading through rugged terrain and winding trails instead of just following an easy path. If this much fun can be had during the dry season, I can only imagine how amazing it would be after some rain. I’d love to come back during the rainy season and do it all over again. The final stop was the perfect way to end the day. We spent time at a beautiful beach club with a huge stretch of beach and a pool overlooking the water. After all the excitement of the animal encounters and ATV ride, it was wonderful to relax, grab a drink, and soak in the island atmosphere. It felt like the ideal balance of adventure and relaxation. If you’re visiting Roatán and trying to choose just one excursion, book this one. It offers a little bit of everything—wildlife, adventure, beautiful scenery, and beach time—all while providing a personalized experience that never feels crowded or rushed. This was the highlight of our day in Honduras and one of our favorite excursions we’ve ever taken. One tip: bring bug spray. You’ll be glad you did!

5.00Absolutely recommend this excursion. My husband and I had a wonderful time! Errinton was an awesome guide and was so kind and accommodating to us. He also told us some interesting things about the culture and the island of Roatan and got us back to our cruise with plenty of time to spare. The eco park and ATV adventure was a great time and it was amazing to get to see the monkeys, birds and sloths up close. Not only during the excursion, but the people of Roatan in general couldn’t have been nicer and more eager to help us. It is a lovely island with beautiful people.

5.00The Folks that we Met were Fantastic. We had the Honor of getting Team "1". Very Responsive to make sure that your Ride was worth the Trip. If your vehicle stalled or was giving you a bad time they were on the Spot instantly. Very polite and fun.........

5.00We loved this adventure today. The people at Mayan Eden were great and letting us hang out with their animals. The facilities were well maintained, and the animals were treated well. The ATV adventure was my 12 year old’s favorite part of Roatan yet. The paths/roads were appropriately bumpy, rocky, muddy. I had issues with my dune buggy initially, but they were happy to swap it for one that worked. There were even showers afterwards to wash all the mud off. The last stop was at a gorgeous resort with an enormous pool and pristine beach. Our drier was great, too. Would recommend this to anyone.

5.00Our family had an absolute blast on the Roatán Buggy, Sloth, and Beach tour! From start to finish it was one of the most fun excursions we’ve ever done. The off-road buggy ride was such an adventure. You definitely get dirty, but that’s part of the fun! Driving through the trails, splashing through mud, and seeing the island from a different perspective was incredible. The views were beautiful and the whole experience was exciting for both adults and kids. Bring a change of clothes, because you’ll probably be covered in dust or mud by the end — but it is completely worth it. Our guide Clancy was a fabulous host. She made the whole day easy, fun, and relaxed. She was knowledgeable about the island, kept everyone laughing, and made sure our family had everything we needed throughout the tour. After the buggy ride we headed to the beach, which was the perfect way to finish the day. The water was gorgeous and clear, and we had such a great time swimming and relaxing together as a family. This tour was so fun, so beautiful, and such a great way to experience Roatán. If you’re traveling with family and want something adventurous but also relaxing, this is the perfect excursion. We would absolutely do it again!
Not honest to deal with.

2.00This would have been rated higher but I feel they were not honest with us in the handling of our event. We had a sick person the morning of the tour and I spoke directly with the driver who told us that it would not be a big deal to refund 1 of the 6 registrations. When I arrived at the facility I was told by the manager that it would not be a big deal to get a refund for the single person who was sick. 5 of us went in the buggy ride. The carts did die a number of times but could have been due to the water and mud. When we finished I talked again with the manager about the refund. She stated they she had contacted her manager and was awaiting a reply but getting a refund would not be an any trouble at all. I feel like since I was a traveler they said whatever it would take to keep us moving forward and hope that I would just eat the $159.00 fee. I feel they were not honest and have not followed through on what they said they would do. I have since arriving back home tried to reach out three times with no communication from them. I would not recommend this activity to anyone based on my personal experience with the operator.
