  Delayed in getting started and equipment breakdowns were frequent. Very muddy the day we went. The resort we stopped at was run down and service was poor.

  So much entertainment for the price. Every single one of us, out of 18 people, had the time of our lives! We were so impressed by each member who lead us through our journey in such a beautiful place.

  My review: Booking #1327868389 Roatan Jungle ATV Buggy Tour with Sloths & Historical Beach Stop Started the day with pick-up just right out the city of Roatan on the main street, literally outside the security gate. Lots of armed cops patrolling the street and our guide was there 30 mins earlier than we were told; which was excellent because that street is super busy! We got picked up in air condition van and the lady holding the sign as mentioned was exactly our name and color of sign. We were taken to the sloth/monkey exhibit and it was phenomenal. Literally holding monkeys on the back and sloths in your face. It was a great experience. We then were taken to the ATVs / Buggies. They were smaller in size, but they fit us and our body size since we were anywhere from 5'5 120lbs to 6'4 250lbs. We did have some idling issues with the buggies and ATVs, but they were on top of it immediately sacrificing their vehicles. The mud was insane! It was such a blast. They were super safe and HONESTLY you have be careful of other groups or your family being the one to compromise safety. The guides are professional and safe. I would go again in a drop of a hat. They did sell pictures for a few hundred as they are not allowed on the tour. I get it, they want to make some money as well. Had to shower off it was that muddy! Great times. We then hit the private villa condos as Prestine Bay which is a gorgeous 5 star area with a beautiful building and pool. The pools were massive, clean, and the best views you have seen since getting into Roatan. The beach wasn't the beach, dark sand, seaweed, but not Mexican seaweed you see sargasm stuff in Cancun type. Still, it wasn't prestine. Not much the tour can do about the clarity of water. We paid about $1,700 for 11 of us and it lasted about 6 hours total from cruise line port start to finish. Never thought of any danger other than the other riders. Take care of your bus driver and tour guide on the bus. Trust me these people watch your stuff and your back. Buy some pictures and enjoy your time on beautiful Roatan.   My trip was absolutely horrible. In our very short time at the dune buggy atv park our buggies broke down 13 times. Infact some of these breakdowns were critical in nature and in total we tried driving 7 different fine buggies before the end of the trip. On one break down in particular my wife and child’s fine buggy lost the brakes and they nearly hit a utility pole. Several of these broken down dune buggies we tried had compromised safety restraint systems as well.

  It was the absolute best experience of our lives. I would do this again and highly recommend to anybody else. Our Tour Guide Mansar was exceptional and provided the best customer service and can’t wait to come back and see him again. I highly recommend him to everybody. He went above and beyond to make sure he provided us with a dream excursion. So friendly and so professional.

  This excursion is a must do. From the slot/monkey sanctuary, muddling with dune buggies, ending at a beautiful resort on the beach. All of the staff could not have been any better.   This is a very fun day. We started out at the animal refuge and encountered butterflies, monkeys and even sloths. We then went on a great buggy ride. Warning: You will get muddy. The day ended at a private resort where we were two of 10 people on the private beach. Our guide “Tom Tom” was so accommodating.

  They were very attentive since the beginning Roger was amazing driving safe taking us to the different places we went explaining about the history of Roatan the guys at the animal sanctuary were also amazing and very knowledgeable about the animals and the guys at the buggy were also great and very attentive to everyone at the course i highly recommend this excursion and would definitely do it again thanks guys
