  Our driver, Juan Carlos, was fantastic. Super knowledgeable about the island so we learned a lot of history while driving to each stop on our excursion.

  We had a great day. Cesia our tour guide was lovely she spoke great english was knowledgable about the area and very obliging and took control of everything so took a lot of pressure of our group. Otto our driver was also good. Lovely air conditioned vehicle which was welcoming after being out in the heat. • A real tropical adventure!

  Amazing experience! The tour company (Let's See Roaton) did an fantastic job. The meeting point is right outside gate 1, which is also called Downtown Exit. I was met instantly once I exited the gate, and the great thing is they take care of you right away to minimize waiting time. That means if you have a lot of people ready just then, you hop in a bus and go. In my case, since I was one of the first off the ship, it was just me and a young couple from Poland. They got us in a car right away, with our own guide/driver (Febe) who was fantastic. With such a small group, it really was a VIP tour! At the monkey park, we had the full attention of the monkeys, with beautiful photo ops with not only them, but parrots and a sloth as well. Having a monkey climbing on your head to smile at the camera was an amazing experience! All the stops were an adventure, with the beach break at a resort with food and bar right on the ocean. Plenty of beach activities to choose, but i was sold at oceanside bar with table service. Highly recommend, great experience, and made new friends!

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Our Roatan Experience!

  With this excursion, the experience with the sloth was really great! Also with the monkey's and with the toucan bird! You really get to hold them! Then going to the chocolate factory the chocolates are really good but you really don’t see them making the chocolate and that’s also with the rum factory…they are both just stores. But we had to purchase chocolate and the rum because both were delicious! Unfortunately, we just drove by the beach because it was raining. What was also great, was our driver! It was only us two so we had a private tour! He was wonderful! He informed us so many facts about Roatan and spoke English perfectly even though he was born there.

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Sloths and monkey fun

  The whole experience was fun. Our guide did a great job giving history about the island and little tidbits of information. The sloths and monkeys were fun and we were allowed to get up close and touch them plus put a macaw on our shoulder. The guides at the park did a good job allowing all who wanted pics to take them. We then went to the chocolate store. It isn’t a factory but they do a small presentation about how it’s made. The same goes for the rum place. Both had small free samples and then it is just a place to buy their stuff. We knew it was going to be like that so it was fine. The beach was a nice place and well kept as it is part of a resort. We only had about an hour so we just walked along the beach. It was still nice. Overall our guide was great and the tour delivered in all aspects.

  

  

  

  

• The chocolate tasting and...

  The chocolate tasting and rum tasting are just in strip malls. The monkeys and sloths were neat. They take you to a beach, which was nice but it was raining the day we were there so we didn’t stay. The tour guide was very nice and accommodating

  Andres was a great tour guide. He shoulders me around the weather side of the island. We went to the rum and chocolate factory and the sloth and monkey sanctuary, which was a really cool experience. He was really nice and made sure I was safe and was having a good time.   This excursion was great! Not only do you do everything that is listed, our driver Jeff, which by the way is the greatest tour guide ever, we stopped at a local place for lunch and then to a souvenir shop! We packed so much into one day and we got back to the ship in plenty of time. Do yourself a favor and ask for Jeff when you book this. He was great! The cool thing about this excursion is that you get to see so much of the way the town is. Local culture, local food, local attitudes! Every stop on here I highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, book this now! You will not regret it!!! Thanks so much to “Let’s See Roatan”! And DJ Jeff!

  This was an amazing excursion. As a solo traveler, I was put into a small group of about 10 people. Oto was our guide and he was absolutely amazing!!! Words can not express how he truly made us feel welcome and even gave us some history on the island, currency used, neighborhoods, etc. I will definitely be back and plan to catch up with Oto!
