This is a trend called “Bean to Bar”, which consists of taking care of the artisanal chocolate-making process. 5.00We had one of the best experiences we have had with any shore excursion on this trip. Luis was in contact with texts a week before arrival, and everything was explained in detail. Our guide Rolando was young , but very knowledgeable. He showed us around the island expertly. We had our 16 year old son with us, so they were able to carry on conversation throughout the day. This was by far the best experience of our vacation!

5.00Our tour guide Jay was fabulous and gave us a great experience in Roatan. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The sloths and monkey excursion was unique and so glad we did it. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful island.

5.00Angie was an excellent tour guide. She was very personable and took us to all the places that we were interested in seeing. We also learned a lot about Roatan history and culture would recommend anyone to take this tour.

5.00Our experience with Fausto was amazing.! It was private- just the two of us and he as our guide! We could take things at our own pace- we went to the chocolate factory, the rum factory (both had tastings)- went to the animal place to see sloths, monkeys and McCaws; and finally to West Bay Beach for rest and relaxation. He made sure we got pictures along the way and let us decide when and what beach to go to. It was excellent and we highly recommend Fausto and this trip!

5.00The excursion was well organized, Jilly was a great guide, she gave us a lot of information about Roatan. Freddie was a really good driver, it was hard to believe he could manoeuvre around those tight spots. The Monkey and Sloth Sanctuary was my favourite. Very cool to get up close and personal with the animals. We also had a short visit at a chocolate shop and a slightly longer visit at the rum shop. The rum shop offered samples of all their rums and rum cakes, which were very good. After this we went to the Paradise Resort for lunch and some beach time. Then Jilly got us back to the ship with time to spare. We really liked the fact that this was a private tour, just for the 6 of us. Definitely recommend.

4.00Please do not think that 4 is bad. We would have loved to have longer interaction with the monkeys and sloths. Other than that, I can’t even explain how awesome this trip was! Malcolm was our driver who is a native of the island and shared all of his knowledge and answered our crazy questions. Super polite guy and let us just go at our pace and never felt rushed by him at all. If you’re in Roatan, request him to be your driver for this tour! The chocolate factory and rum tasting stops were great (very easy to spend money in both shops!) and I would do them again. Our last stop at West Bay was interesting because all of the cruise guests were coming in for their excursions. It was super busy and totally not the type of beach we like. That’s ok though because we got to see that end of the island at least. Please if you vacation to Roatan look up this tour. You won’t be sorry you did. If we come back we will look up Malcolm for sure! Oh and something different that has never happened before- he took us through his hometown and even showed us where he lives. I thought that was super cool. Seeing the neighborhoods and talking about how close knitting the families are reminded me of how things SHOULD be in the US…but it will never be that way again.

5.00I had an amazing experience with Sandri’s Tour Roatan during my visit to Honduras! From start to finish, the tour was well-organized, fun, and full of unforgettable moments. We got to see adorable sloths up close truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The stop at the chocolate factory was fascinating and delicious, and the beach time was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the beautiful Honduran coastline. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the day. You can really tell they love what they do and want visitors to enjoy the best of Roatan. I highly recommend Sandris to anyone looking for a memorable and well-planned tour. Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
