Once your cruise arrives at the port, our team will meet you right outside the port when you arrive in Coxen Hole or at Mahogany Bay. You will be picked up in a private car with your personal driver, ensuring a personalized and private service. From there, we will set off to begin your excursion for the day.
West Bay
You will receive a wristband granting access to a reserved beach chair, restrooms, and a fresh-water shower at either San Simón Beach Club or Mayan Princess Resort on West Bay Beach. Enjoy exceptional comfort and attention throughout your beach day. When you’re ready, we will ensure you return to your ship on time, according to its schedule.

5.00Booked in advance whilst visiting on an MSC cruise. Booking was simple. Communication clear for pick up . Loved the beach resort and beach excellent facilities. Got us back to the ship on time Guide (Jamie) was really lovely told us lots of interesting facts. Stopped to take pics on way to port Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Jamie 👏

5.00Seamless reservation the day prior to arriving in port. Set up to go to a beach resort for the day. Driver, Jonathan, was excellent and stayed with us the whole time. Made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us and our kids. Brought us to a place to eat and food was great and view amazing. Allowed us to stop for surveniors and snacks before getting to the ship. Well worth it
