• Perfect day with a private local guide

  First things first, I took this tour from Coxen Hole, not Mahogany Bay. As soon as you step out of the cruise port there is a crowd of potential guides offering their services. I was still quickly able to find someone holding a "Roatan Getaway Tours" sign and within a minute led, by Monique, our guide for the day to her car where she quickly got us away from the crowd and took us to the zip line. She checked us in and within just a few more minutes we were outfitted with harnesses and driven up the hill to begin the course down. We had a blast and could even see the cruise ship from the top of the course. As soon as we got done, Monique was right there again to take just the two of us across the island to have an experience with the sloths and monkeys. It was great as well. Real up-close and personal with the animals. Once we finished with that, Monique gave us a short drive to the dock where we went on a snorkel boat with just 3 other people. I've been on so many snorkel tours that felt like we were just one in the herd. We had an amazing time viewing the diverse coral and fish and clear water. We both thought it was probably the best snorkel trip we'd ever done. After that we were offered to be taken back to the dock or dropped for an hour at a beach on a small island on the reef. We wish our cruise line had given more time in port for us to enjoy it and it was 100% our choice to skip the beach and head back to port so we weren't rushed getting back aboard the cruise. Throughout the day, we were given perfect service that made being in a new foreign place a delight and was super simple. Monique just took care of all the details for us. I would book with this provider any other time I am back in Roatan 10/10. 5 stars. Couldn't do better!!!

  This was a great tour! Our driver was just for the 2 of us. Ziplining was so much fun. The crew there did a great job. After ziplining we drove to see the sloths and monkeys. They were so much fun! We paid an extra $10 each for them to take all the pictures and for the 2 of us, there were over 400 pictures! Once we were done there we were taken to the last stop where we boarded a boat for snorkeling. We were then dropped back off at the cruise port with plenty of time to do for shopping before heading back to the ship. I would highly recommend this tour. It was a great way to see the best of Roatan in a day.

  Be prepared for some fun! Zip line, snorkeling, and enjoying the critters( sloths and monkeys) . For those that like to move it, move it. You'll be on the move constantly

  This was such a fun tour at a really affordable price!! We met Jacob at the port and he was amazing the entire day! He is very personable and knowledgeable about the area. It was just him and the 4 of us as we moved from ziplining, to the monkey/sloth/macaw sanctuary, to snorkeling. All of those activities were super fun! Then we ended with a nice lunch at a local restaurant. Jacob entertained us the whole time and even let the two 18-year-olds in our group control his music in the car. He sang and danced along with us! The whole day was a blast and I highly recommend this family company!!!!!

  This is one of the only companies that would do a solo tour for me and it was the best of the whole trip. The snorkeling and zip line were top notch! I didn’t know about the animals so that was a cool surprise for me! Kate my Tour Guide was awesome she was so friendly and nice! I really enjoyed my day!

  Was the best private tour we ever had. We had nick and he was a local and knew everthing around the area and the zip likes was amazing and the the snorkeling was amazing. And the aminals was great to she loved the monkey's. 10 out of 10 for sure

  This is a small family owned and locally operated business on the island me my daughter and my two best friends booked with them they gave us personalized tours we went to see monkeys Sloths and a small zoo of local animals the guide was absolutely amazing she took us there knew everyone got us to the front of line of other tour groups let us take our time doing each adventure. After that we went snorkeling and her family is the boat captain that took us snorkeling and cousin was a diver that took us to a beautiful reef the largest loving reef in the world. He personally showed us exquisite wildlife and when we were done she took us to go ziplining down the mountain on the island through the jungle with 16 zips 24 platforms we got pictures taken while zipping which were cheap and easy to get. All for 100.00 everyone else was paying that or more for just 1 activity. She spent 7 hrs with us on our 4 destination stop through central America and the carribean this was by far our favorite excursion and stop on our Norwegian escape cruise. I felt safe the entire time and I prefer to give all of my money to the locals instead of the cruise line. She told us all about the island the people the economy any questions I had she was happy to share the answer. Best vacation of my life was attributed directly to this team! I would 1000% recommend this to everyone if they want to most bang for their buck in Roatan Honduras!!!!

  Phillip was great. We enjoyed the zipline and snorkeling. I loved holding the sloth and having a monkey on my head.
