This is an adventure that all family members will enjoy. While visiting the animal sanctuary, guests will see Sloths and Capuchin Monkeys, Colorful Macaws, yellow-headed parrots, and many other exotic animals in their natural habitat, just waiting to be photographed. On this tour, guests will visit the Chocolate factory and Rum cake factory, go to the best sightseeing views and attractions the island has to offer, go souvenir Shopping at the famous Rusty Fish local craft market, and stop over at the colorful Roatan sign for photos, plus your beach break at the all famous and beautiful west bay beach that includes beach chairs, umbrellas, WIFI, restroom facilities and fresh water showers.

Let’s start with the pros: Viator was awesome, super responsive and easy to work with. Our driver, Ernie, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, fun, and truly went above and beyond the entire time. The beach wasn’t overly crowded and, of course, was beautiful. And the chocolate factory was great we got to sample tons of chocolate, which was a win. Now for the biggest con: The monkeys, sloths, and birds experience was a huge letdown. I actually did this exact same excursion the week before, and it was incredible monkeys jumping all over me and tons of interaction. This time, though, it was completely packed. Hundreds of people crammed into a very small space. I didn’t get within 10 feet of the sloth, and not a single monkey came near me. I don’t know who scheduled it this way, but there has to be a better system. They mentioned there were five ships in port, but even then, it seems like they could stagger groups maybe 50 people per hour or something similar to make it enjoyable. As it was, the crowd level made the experience stressful instead of fun. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this again unless they figure out a better way to manage the number of people and create a more interactive, relaxed experience.

Our tour guide Selena was absolutely amazing! She took photos of us and answered all our crazy questions. Our beach break was at Brady's Cay and included a quick water taxi ride. I highly recommend this tour! Loved the rum cake and chocolate. Who doesn't love monkeys and sloths and parrots! It was very cool to pet a sloth.

We had an amazing time! Our driver Jessica was the best, she made sure we were all comfortable , she was very informative and interactive with all of us, making sure everyone’s needs were looked after. She even re routed when traffic got bad to get us there faster. Great amazing experience

Good overall tour. A little unorganized in the beginning with our driver going to the wrong terminal but after he git to us everything was great. The Sloth and monkeys were amazing

We had such an incredible time in Roatan thanks to his tour! Our guide treated us just like family and did everything at our pace. Between the up close encounters with animals, tasting (and buying!) delicious rum/rum cakes and chocolate, and relaxing on the serene beach, we will never forget our time in Roatan. The price was definitely reasonable for everything we got to do and communication was clear. Thank you for the amazing experience!!!

This is a private tour!!! That is fantastic. Arnie was wonderful, He would allow any amount of time you wanted at the different stops. He is very informative, and he is a joy to be around. I highly recommend him.

This tour is highly recommended. If you have the chance to ask for tour guide, please ask for Arnie. He's our tour guide and he's very kind. The tour was great, with close encounter with sloths, monkey, and birds. And the west bay beach was the best!
