A food tour is like a tune, it has some savory moments and some sweet notes – but all taste delicious! The food offered on our guided walks is diverse food – traditional Saint Lucian food. We start off with a traditional Saint Lucian breakfast at a local spot, and work our way to the next stop. Next, we will explore art from local artisans, while sipping on some seasonal local beverages. Along the way to our next stop, we'll learn about Saint Lucian history, and also some fun facts. Many of our guests come hungry - but ALL leave happy! We can't wait to eat with you!

5.00Myself and my boyfriend went on this tour we had such a fantastic time. Jasmine the tour guide was lovely, so friendly and very knowledgeable. We tried things food we would have never dreamt of trying. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour from start to finish. The coco tea and different rums we had were great too. Would definitely recommend this tour. When we come back we will be looking to book the other tour. Thanks again Jasmine you were great 😊

5.00Our guide Silma was so knowledgeable about all the different foods and rums we were sampling. We went to 5 different restaurants and sampled 10 different Lucian dishes and 3 different home made spice rums. Don't miss this 2 hour slice of heaven!

5.00My friends and I really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Sylma, was a terrific source of local knowledge and she made our excursion of Rodney Bay super special. We enjoyed learning about the culture, food and history of this special village. The street food was our favorite!

5.00Silma was an amazing guide and the food was delicious. I would recommend the tour! She was very knowledgeable and we learned about St Lucian history as well.
Food, history and a few rums, can’t ask for much more.

5.00Had a great time on this tour. Ate some great food, learned the history of the island and the people. Although it’s just over 2 hours it is not over a great distance and is relatively flat so would be accessible to most.

5.00This was a very intimate food tour and a great way to learn about the area, and discover local Saint Lucia food spots. Our guide was Silma and even though it was a rainy day, she was a ray of sunshine with a very positive attitude. We throughly enjoyed the food and the conversation. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend!

5.00The reviews are accurate. We had a great time on the tour. 5 stops and tastes and although it’s 2hrs+ it’s not actually that far and relatively flat so unless you have real mobility problems there should be no problems. Our guides, Silma and Xanthi (sorry about the spelling) were great fun and very knowledgeable. We went an ideal pace and although the portion sizes didn’t seem large we were pleasantly full by the end and the “doubles” seemed to be the favourite stop for the whole group, and the rum of course. Our only tip would be to bring a small fan as not all of of the sit down venues had air con or much of a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

5.00We had Silma as our guide. She was great. Very knowledgeable and fun. The food and drinks were so good. I loved hearing about the history of the island and culture. We had a great time. Definitely would recommend not eating prior, it's a lot of food.

5.00I have taken well over a dozen different food tours in various countries…and Jasmines knowledge of the culture as well as the food (as well as the personal family connections) made it a very memorable experience and up there as one of the top food tours I have ever done. Keep up the good work. We stopped at five different local restaurants as well as some local food stands to get a true flavor of St Lucian life and culture. My favorite was Shirley’s Doubles…incredible
