5.00If you ever visit Roe & Co in Dublin, pray you get Tim as your guide, because holy hell—this man is the full experience. Passionate, funny, and unbelievably knowledgeable, he brought the whole whiskey-making world to life in a way that felt effortless. His love for the craft shines through every word, every story, every moment. My partner is the whiskey lover between us, not me… but thanks to Tim, I walked out actually appreciating the flavors, the process, and the art behind it. He didn’t just explain things—he made us feel them. We had so much fun, learned so much, and felt completely taken care of from start to finish. (I also loved this experience for my partner; he was so happy!) And on top of all that? Tim somehow managed to capture the most badass, movie-like shot of us and a beautiful photo I’m definitely framing. It made the entire experience feel even more special. If you want a tour that’s fun, engaging, and unforgettable, Tim is your guy. Absolutely amazing guide.

5.00We went to the distillery tour with a whisky and cocktail tasting. Miguel, who conducted the tour was very fun and knowledgeable. He was engaging and ensured the all the guests felt taken care of. I'd highly recommend this tour. And again, a special shout-out to Miguel!

5.00Miguel was absolutely brilliant! Loads of energy despite our tour being the last one on a Saturday night - I would highly recommend the tour, and the cocktail making was so much fun (Miguel is right,the salt cocktail is the best one!)

5.00Really great and funny your, great guide with lot of energy. The cocktail parts was a new experience for me and really interesting to learn how to blend and recognize flavor and how to drink a good whiskey.
