  I have tried to get a credit for this trip as we were late from travel and it stormed here so it would have been cancelled. I am having a very difficult time getting a hold of anyone to even have a conversation with.

  We loved this experience!! Driver was a knowledgeable, fun and had great recommendations. We went to great sites on this tour and it was wonderful to see the city at night. Highly recommend!!

  Terrible! I was booked for the 9:30pm. At 8:00pm was contacted by guid asking where I was. I told him I was booked for the 9:30 and said no it’s the 8:00 and there is nothing I can do to help you. I then contact the support center and confirmed I was for 9:30. Went to the meeting point and the golf cart that came said I was not on his tour and left with the other people. I had tickets that showed I had a reservation for that time and date but he would not allow us to go on the tour. Another cart never showed up. Contact the support number again but they were no help.

  Johnny was a great! He was knowledgeable, nice, and easy to get along with. Since we were good on timing he took us to couple of other smaller landmarks which were personal to him…they were amazing!

  We were excited about this tour to end our travels. First off the tour started 30 min late and the driver was explaining that the golf cart was having an issue with the charge of the battery and because of that we would need to go slow and may not make it to all the sites. Then during the tour no headsets were provided as described which made it impossible to hear anything. We then on es h stop had to listen to the driver complain about the company and that he is not going to get home until late because of the fact that the line for gelato was 30 minutes. He then also tried to cut out a stop at the trevi fountain blaming the long line for gelato. I had to put my foot down and tell him if the tour would have started on time we would have had plenty of time for everything. We ended up going but had to keep hearing about how late he was now going to getting home. I felt as though it was a tactic for him to make us feel bad for his tip at the end. Avoid!!!!!!!
